Description of Work: They readied my Swamp Cooler and Air Conditioner for Summer and opened my vents inside my home. They have been winterizing and summerizing my home for at least the last 4 years and I am very happy with them.

Description of Work: they we're great. Mike had to go and find different grates and got them very fast also had an issue with the way the furnace was running and they we're right on top of it. Did an excellent clean up job even reinstalled shelves we had to move. very professional great experience. Being new to the area this was a great company to deal with!

Description of Work: This was a service call to replace a worn evaporative cooler filter. Initially, I called the company (Mike) and he responded exactly when he promised. He gave a comprehensive estimate, and exerted no pressure in trying to sell us the unit. When we hired him, he again showed up exactly on time, and performed the work without delay. The work involved installing new ductwork and installing and connecting ceiling vents to the ducts. He was meticulous in cleaning up the drywall dust, and in carefully installing the new grilles. And he would not leave until he was sure we were satisfied not only with the installation, but with his instructions on how to use the thermostat/controller for the cooler unit.

+ -1 moreMike arrived exactly as scheduled. He helped us select the unit for best overall performance. On installation day he showed up few minutes early!! The work entailed lifting a heavy unit onto the roof, connecting a water line, wiring it in; and installing both delivery and return ductwork. Although the work required that he cut holes for the registers in the ceiling, by the time he was finished there was not a speck of plaster dust. The work was completed on the second day, exactly as he promised. The unit operates perfectly, saving nearly $600 per year over air conditioning.
