He was punctual (a couple of minutes early), pleasant, and efficient. One window is in my office, so we had to move two computers and a desk, but he still managed to do the whole job within 30 minutes, which I think is remarkable. If I have other window problems, I will definitely call Rod first.

This service was recommended by Hale Pet Doors for installing their Thru The Glass Pet Doors. We made an appointment and he arrived at the appointed hour, displayed various examples of the pet doors and took complete measurements of our sliding glass door. We chose the sized door for labradors retreivers. The product was ordered, we had to wait less than 3 days. He called when he had the product and made an appointment for installation. On the installation day he arrived on time, removed the sliding glass door, installeed the Hale Threu The Glass Pet Door along with new glass (both items are double paned). In less than 3 hours we had a completed job. The work was perfect. We like the product because we can us the sliding glass door normally and our 2 labs can go in and out without a problem unlike when you have an slip in aluminum pet door. The Glass Guru did an outstanding job and will use him in the future if the need arrises and we recommend both The Glass Guru and Hale Pet Doors.

I priced several local Glass Repair places first and his was one of the most competative. I am leary when a price is so much lower but decided to give him a try due to the courtesy and friendliness of the call. He called me right back and gave me the estimate over the phone with my measurments of the broken window. He gave me a time to arrive and came a few minutes early and also called on the way to my home. He cleaned up after the service was done and was very friendly and was quick as well. I was pleasantly suprised due to the price that the service went up and beyond my expectations. I would recommend anyone to use his services. The person who came to my house was named Rod (not sure if he was the owner) forgot to ask??? But a Job WELL DONE.!!!!!

He was reasonably priced and came and done the job as promised. He did a good job. I called several places and he was the first one to respond to me. He done solid quality work making sure the seal was properly done around the glass.
