 + -1 moreGo with Swimtech, Inc. if you want your job done RIGHT! Rick was outstanding. He is the owner of the company, but did the electrical on the entire project. He was on-site nearly every day, overseeing and working. Rick was positive, professional, kind, and kept his cool, even when we ran in to MULTIPLE problems due to the previously-existing pool. He responded to all of my many questions and concerns in a timely manner and was wonderful to work with. He takes a great deal of pride in his work and does not compromise quality just to "get it done". The project was started on time and completed ahead of schedule, even with all of the problems that were encountered (none of which were caused by Rick). The original estimate was around $52,000, but we ended up spending more to correct the issues we ran across (drainage retrofit, gas line retrofit, permitting unpermitted structures, demo of unpermitted structure, etc.). While the estimate was higher than those we got from other companies, my husband and I could not be happier that we went with Swimtech, Inc. for our pool. Everything was done RIGHT! All the previously slapped-together work from other projects was fixed and made RIGHT! And the final result has been very much worth the cost. The pool, spa, and deck are amazingly beautiful! The materials used are of the highest quality and the workmanship of the tile, brickwork, and cement are unmatched. Rick provided additional touches free of charge just because he wanted to make sure that we got the best possible pool in the end. I feel we have. It is exactly what we were hoping for: very large and deep to accommodate growing (and rambunctious) boys and their friends, gorgeous spa with user-friendly controls and entry, flawless cement decking with decorative brick edging, and excellent use of the space to get the most out of our yard. I have recommended Swimtech, Inc. to all of my friends and family, and will continue to do so. Great company owned and operated by great people!
Description of Work: Removed old in-ground fiberglass pool, spa and surrounding concrete deck. Constructed new Shotcrete and Pebblesheen pool, spa, and concrete deck. Retrofitted electrical and gas to existing barbeque island and patio cover.

It is tough to find good hired help, but you can't be disappointed with Swim Tech.
