The whole experience was professional and friendly. He called me back timely and showed up at the appointed time. He knew what he was doing and did it efficiently. His charges were very reasonable. The North County Sprinkler Man is a true professional. He was up front and honest throughout the time he spent at our house. He was not pushy and in fact, as described above, told me how to do one repair myself, thus saving myself another $25-30 I would have spent paying him to do the job! I would recommend him to anyone looking to have repairs done on their sprinkler system.

It went extremely well - Dale Rhodes is the most dedicated professional that I have come across in recent years. He is highly responsive, is prompt in his service calls, does his work well and excellently - and even better, makes it all work!

I had used Dale previously on putting a sprinkler pipe under concrete. I called Dale again to re-work my sprinkler layout because of some recent backyard changes. Dale provided a conservative $ estimate (a ceiling of sorts), based on time of work estimated. Dale and his assistant came early on the scheduled day, got the work done ahead of schedule, which reduced the cost! I'll definitely be using Dale's services again in the future.

From beginning to completion this man knew exactly where to start and how to complete the job without any delays or interuption.

The Sprinkler Man returned my call the same day, came out to survey the work the next day, and performed the services the day after that. He was very prompt, very polite and he did exactly what he agreed to do for the price he quoted. He replace four sprinkler valves and relocated them below grade in a box. I am very pleased with his work, and I would very highly recommend The Sprinkler Man.

I called Dale on Friday, July 1, 2011, and he was able to come out the very next day on Saturday, July 2. He arrived on time and installed a new sprinkler head. I also had him check my complete irrigation system, and he did some adjustments to the other sprinkler heads and made sure every one of them was working properly. He also offered tips and advice on how to better program the system. He is very nice, knowledgeable, and trustyworthy. The cost was very reasonable, and I highly recommend his services.

His pricing was extremely reasonable and he found the problem within 30 minutes. He was very friendly, went above and beyond. He is very helpful and efficient.

There was a stream of water pouring from our landscape, across the sidewalk and streaming down the street gutter. It was late Friday afternoon and I called a number of companies and wasn't finding anyone. Someone gave me Dale's number. Dale was working on a job and asked if the next day was soon enough, but I said this couldn't wait. He arrived that same afternoon, precisely when he said he would. This was a difficult job. The pipes were at least 5 feet underground and he dug the hole by hand without harming our landscaping or picket fence. He extracted the water and laid out a canvas tarp to protect the lawn. He worked until nightfall and returned at 7:30 Saturday morning. He worked until the job was completed and then replaced the small section of lawn. Dale is skilled, knowledgeable and personable. He answered my questions and was professional.
