I really appreciated them sending me a photo of the technician scheduled to come out. He showed up right on time and before he left, he made a point in making sure I was completely satisfied and there was nothing else that I needed.

Late for an appointment, never called to let us Know he would be late. He unplugged the dishwasher and said he was resetting the main board. He said it was working fine now so he does not replace parts if the machine is working. It worked for two days and quit. I ordered the defective part online and we repaired it ourselves. Works great now.

Service was great and repair work was done quickly. Had an oven that would not work on bake. Obvious igniter issue. Repair cost not the cheapest, but happy with service.

They were quick and did a good job

Technician was fast but company needed to order part which was received later than was stated. Electronic igniter was replaced but I was told there was no gas leak. However I still smell gas at times.

Arrived within the provided window for both the inspection and the repair. Had to order parts, which was accomplished within one day, so repair could be done the next day. Keith, our technician, was excellent; courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable, explaining the issues simply. Highly recommend this business!

The technical was 1st rate and cost $75 to do a diagnostics. But then the repair as estimated would have cost me more than a new machine, even though the part required (without labour of course) would have been but a fraction. So I paid the visit / inspection fee and then went out and bought a new Whirlpool.

I really appreciated technician Arthur, who came to my home twice and was either on time or when he was delayed, called to let me know and then arrived shortly. He educated me about my washer and showed me that it needed a new pump. He was courteous, efficient and he left everything orderly when he was finished. After diagnosing the problem he put in the order for the part. When he arrived a few days later for the installation he found out it had not been stocked on his truck so there was a delay, not Arthur’s fault. However, Breanna called me and took responsibility for the error and solved the problem—mistakes happen! All in all it was a good experience and I would hire Mr Appliance again, and would request Arthur.

Misdiagnosed at first, the problem with our dishwasher.

on time, very personable, well mannered. only downside- promised work to be completed next day as part would be available. not the case- took 4 more days and I had to follow up to find out why they were not there the next day as promised.
