Service & Parts are warranted for one year from date of service. I could not find this information listed on my papaerwork and called the office to get a verbal.

I have an off-brand appliance which had a simple problem. They were unfamiliar with the model and not interested in repairing it. They might have done an OK job with a GE or Samsung.

Apparently replacement parts for my refrigerator are no longer available, but Arthur was able to work around the problem and solve it -- no more leaks, problem solved!! His desire to resolve the issue is something you don't always see with tradesmen these days. It was refreshing to know that there are still people out there that take pride in their work. If the need arises, I would not hesitate to contact Mr Appliance of Redlands Yucaipa again.

They did a quick job. Didn't have my part with him, but Keith brought it down to him so we could get our fridge up and running immediately. Grateful for that, with such a big family one day without a fridge is catastrophic. Thanks.

He took a time to diagnose the problem correctly and then ran into difficulty with installation but got the job done.

He was professional and arrived on time. I felt the house call fee was high. I know he had little to no control over house call fee, but it should be more reasonable since the customer is charged top dollar for parts on top of original fee. The repair was completed quickly and our washer works now.

They were very polite and professional. Wore boot covers and even laid down a mat. I would strongly recommend this company
