INLAND LANDSCAPE AND IRRIGATION

He really took his time to make sure the problems were addressed. He came up to the house a few times for follow up. He is very knowledgeable and conscientious, but really, really busy. Every one seems to need help with sprinklers right now!

I called and spoke with Rich and told him what I needed to have done. He met me at my house the next day, where he arrived at the time he said he would. He assesed the situation and took measurements. He said he would create an estimate and send it to me via e-mail. I received the estimate the next day. For the work to be done, I felt the estimate was fair. We decided to have Inland do the work. I contacted Rich and we arranged for the work to be done the following Monday. Rich himself and an employee showed up on time on Monday. He said it would take two days to complete the work. They finished the job on time. The materials used and the work done was of high quality. Both Rich and his eployee were very profesional and left my property clean. This was my first time using the services of Inland Landscape, and based on this first time, I would use them again and would recomend them. Overall I am happy with the work they did and the way they conducted themselves. Good job!

Rich was very professional. I appreciate his honesty and consideration of the wasted cost I had already spent with the other company (that completed the poor sprinkler installation). I plan to use Rich to complete all my landscaping needs. When you find someone good - stick with 'em... They're hard to find!

Richard came out to look at our project, took pictures and discussed what we were looking for. He told us that he would get back to us with an estimate in the next week and...nothing. I contacted him and he said it was because he had not received the measurements that we had said we would send him (I had sent them). I re-sent them and...nothing. He seemed knowledgeable and interested in the project but his follow through was not good. He had both my telephone number and my e-mail address. Not crazy about being charged $100.00 for this.

No matter that it was five months later and not a workmanship issue, Richard considered it a warranty repair and sent someone out within 24 hrs. to fix it at no cost. Fortunately it was a quick fix, but I really appreciated that all I had to do was send him a text and it was taken care of. Awesome customers service!!!

Things went very well and smoothly throughout the entire time. He started working in our yard in July 2014 and finished by Oct. 2014. He has come back a number of times (around 5) since then to follow up and check up on the progress of the plants. From the time of the estimate he had told us that he would return in 6 months and replace any plants that had suffered failure--regardless of the reason. Today (early March) he returned and re-planted a truck full of plants that had been damaged with the cold climate. He even replaced a large tree that had died due to root shock after the transplant. While he was working in our home in the summer and fall, he also brought many extra plants that he just happened to like at the nursery, and planted them (above the estimate). He is a super-nice person, who is also very meticulous about his work, attentive to detail, and the relationships he builds with his clients. Compared to other landscapers we met and interviewed, he is very unusual and is a significant cut above the rest.

My backyard with the rains and broken sprinkler timer has saturated the ground. He was able to determine what valves were not working however due to the heavy rains the work will be done once the ground is dry. Rich was professional and personable.

Rich was so nice to work with, sharing his ideas and giving us options from which to choose. The work was done over the course of 4 days and completed right on schedule and his employees were friendly and polite.

Rich did a perfect job, both assessing the problem and making the repairs. We've used Rich ' s services before putting in our entire back yard. He is attentive to detail and to our needs. He's Awesome!

We were very impressed with the work. Rich saved us quite a bit of money by reusing some of the plants he thinned out of our overgrown yard. His men were prompt and courteous, and Rich did a beautiful job of redesigning and planting. We plan to get him to maintain the yard and landscape our back yard in the future.

Rich and his team did a great job. Before we started Rich listened to what I wanted to accomplish and made suggestions about how to get it done but he also helped me stick to a budget I could afford. We had some weather related delays but he was very good about communicating with me. They let me know day by day what I could expect and what progress would be made. He also went out of his way to tidy up some of the existing landscape work and didn't charge me extra for it. When he picked up a good deal on some paving stones, he passed the savings on to me (I got an upgrade without having to pay extra). The team was careful to preserve my existing plants and worked delicately around my emerging bulbs. When all was complete they cleaned up and put everything right. It looks wonderful! My husband and I were very pleased with Inland Landscape and Irrigation and have no hesitation about recommending them to family, friends and Angie's List members.

He designed most of it with our ideas. He is phenomenal! He broke ground about a month ago.

The house has an HOA so the plans needed to be submitted to the board. Rich provided detailed plans and description. He also provided pictures of the rocks when the HOA requested them. He did all the work as specified and kept me informed with pictures of the progress. The landscaping looks very nice and will last a long time with minimal maintenance and water usage.

Rich and his team are amazing - I truly wish that there was something higher than an "A" to give this company. This is the 2nd time we have used Inland Landscape & Irrigation. The first time was for a big backyard landscape project. When we started encountering water leak issues at our new property and didn't know where to turn our first and only call was to this this team. Rich responded immediately and spent the entire day investigating the issue to determine plan of action. Valves and other things were replaced, lots of hard, hot work was done. The current irrigation system had been patched together over the years by the previous owner so this was no easy task. At the end of the day we do believe that the slow leak that had been forcing us into an incredibly high tier of water bills had been eliminated. I cannot recommend Rich Durbin and his team highly enough. He is honest, ethical and will always do anything possible to work with you to complete your project taking your budgetary restrictions into mind. When you enter into projects like this it is always so hard to know that the person you are contracting with is trustful and has your back. While price is always important, the trust that you will receive quality work and not be taken advantage of is so important. I will never take my outdoor projects to any other contractor.

Rich came out the following day after informing him of work I wanted done. We discussed the scope of work and what I wanted accomplished. Rich responded with a thorough estimate that included everything we had discussed. Unfortunately, the cost was well above what I had planned on paying since this was really Preventative Maintenance and not facility enhancement. Rich and I discussed alternatives to accomplishing the same outcome by altering the scope of work to be more on a remove and replace rather than a start from scratch. We came to an agreement and the work proceeded. His team showed up on time and immediately began working. The Irrigation drain that went from the back of the house to the front had to be dug up and of course it was under the sidewalk. I knew approximately where the stoppage began so we agreed to work on the sidewalk in sections. There was approximately a 10 ft section that was completely blocked as a result of Queen Palms I had in the area. The blockage was removed and no other areas were impaired. They replaced the pipe and replaced the sidewalk. The front Irrigation Drain posed a couple of twists as the firm I had used to install my Paver Driveway had jury rigged the front drains. Again, Rich and I discussed and a solution was agreed to. The team set off and repaired the drains to accommodate all the water that is generated in a downpour from not only all my roof drains but the runoff from all the Pavers from the Sidewalks and Driveway. Rich and his team did outstanding work, and I received the Preventative Maintenance I wanted to keep my residence from incurring any stoppage or flooding during any level of Rainstorm the Inland Empire can produce. I highly recommend Inland Landscape & Irrigation for any Landscaping issues you may have. High Integrity and very accommodating AND they work exceptionally clean.

We were very pleased with finding and contracting Inland Landscape to do our patio installation. When we contacted Rich for an estimate he arrived exactly on time the day we requested. Rich spent the time to get to know us and what we expected. Rich came up with great suggestions, then delivered everything professionally and on time. Inland Landscape employees did a great job and kept an eye on details. As the work progressed, what we really appreciated was that Rich listened to our concerns and always followed up quickly. I will recommend Inland Landscape highly to anyone looking for landscaping work and Rich will be our first call for future outdoor projects.

I left a message for Rich on 5/27/2014 and my call was returned within minutes. We worked out a time for home to come out to my house to provide me with an estimate. We decided on that day being today 5/28/2014. Originally he gave me a timeframe of between 9am and 11am. when I mentioned I needed to be out of my house by 11am he moved that window to 9am to 10am. Needless to say I expected him at 10:15am. So I was GREATLY SURPRISED when my doorbell rang at 9:15am. Rich was not only prompt, but professional. We spent just about an hour going over the details of what I wanted and him providing suggestions to make sure I got what I wanted and what I needed. My estimate should be ready within a few days. So far I am VERY IMPRESSED.

A week ago, I sent out emails to 3 landscapers. Only Rich called me and he did so within 10 minutes of my email. We met this morning so he could look over the front and back yards of a house I rent out. The back is very large and has a slope. Right now the entire property is weeds and dirt. Rich is probably the nicest contractor I have ever encountered. He was thorough and patient and welcomed my ideas. He made great suggestions and varied the options. He took all the measurements and a list of plant/flowers that I like. Even if I don't use Rich for this project, I wouldn't hesitate one minute in recommending him to friends and family.

Over the Top! We are so happy with our new yard. We suffered 3 years since buying our new home with drainage issues and every rain we had a lake and then came the weeds. We hired Rich as we needed the irrigation completed first. We had no idea what we wanted but knew we wanted little maintenance and upkeep as we are aging. (55) Rich created a very unique design including a trellis into a beautiful rose garden and easy maintenance landscape. The guys were excellent and very hard workers. I am proud to show off my new yard and we are using it and enjoying it much more. Rich's vision and ideas were great. They were prompt and and completed the project 100% (And then some) to our satisfaction. I would most surely hire Rich and his great crew again if I have a need. I would absolutely recommend Rich to my neighbors and friends as doing top quality work, done honestly and done right.

It went very smooth. Because it was after hours all of his workers had gone home, he came immediately to help me. His truck was already parked at his work place so he didn't have all the tools he usually has, but he was able to get the leak stop. He did have to go to Home Depot for a small cap, but he wanted to make sure we had water for the night. Really enjoyable to work with.

They arrived on time and started immediately. The trimming was excellent and exceeded all expectations. After the work was done and clean-up was completed, you wouldn't have know there had been so much work done.

We are awaiting the HOA approval to complete the project. So far - very happy.

I could not be happier with the quality of work and professionalism of Inland Landscape and Irrigation. They were on time, did exactly what they said they would do and for the price they said they would do it. All of the neighbors were very impressed by the quality of the wall. I highly recommend Inland Landscape and Irrigation. You will be vey happy if you have them perform any work!

They basically came in and did all the landscaping for the new developments. Once the houses were sold, it was up to individuals to do it on their own or contract out and I'm doing it on my own. The work was fantastic. Everything they did was professional and well done. I was happy with what they did to the yard. I didn't have much say because the building developers chose what goes where but everything they had was nicely done and set up. So there were no problems there.
