Description of Work: Had a colored cement back patio, side walkway from driveway, and stepping stones done. Also had Alumawood lattice patio cover and back of house lattice installed. Beautiful outcome! |-However, about a year later noticed discolorations here and there in cement, and contacted provider. After no response, took photo on phone and texted picture as well as message and FINALLY got a response and was told discoloration was "lime" from soil bleeding through cement and was told to mix some kind of vinegar solution and wash the areas and that it would reoccur in the future. |I think I would have liked to have been warned about this before deciding on colored cement.

Description of Work: Provider wanted to charge me $100 to do a bid to build a patio cover. Or I could send a photo and he would do a bid over the phone. I do not regard that as professional; I've remodeled a kitchen and a second home and NEVER paid for a bid. Went with another contractor who came out, gave us several options, discussed the need to pull a permit and the easiest way to build the patio that would be up to code, etc. Did not charge us for the bid. That IS Professionalism.

Description of Work: Richard Durbin responded promptly to our request for a bid. We were very impressed with his professionalism as he reviewed our goals for our driveway and mailbox (a relatively small job). His suggestions and ideas improved our thinking on the project. We would hire him in the future, although with three very professional bids, we did not go with Inland Landscape and Irrigation. Judging from our interaction with him, his bid, his willingness to resubmit the bid to meet city requirements, and his willingness to take our smaller job, we would seek him out if we have work to do in the future.

Description of Work: Provided an estimate for concrete pouring and finishing

Description of Work: Design and install entire new sprinkler system for my 1/2 acre lot. Also landscaped part of back yard and built a nice fence around my pool equipment and cleaned up my yard. The sprinkler system included two timer stations for total of about 14 stations. Covered valves with insulation and covers that look like rocks. Included some concrete cutting for additional plumbing.

Description of Work: Inland Landscape redid our entire courtyard, which is about 30 feet x 40 feet. They did all the planting, landscaping, and hardscaping.
