Home Buyers Workshops Inc offers the following services: Education on qualifying for a mortgage with a credit score of 620. Educated clients on the process of the escrow and title companies. We help find clients the best program available with banks with low or no down payment plus closing cost programs. We educate clients on what to do before buying their first home & get them pre-qualified. We also have a credit repair assistance program for clients who need help getting approved for home loans.
We do not run credit reports, we do not charge to assist clients with the pre-qualification process, and we do not charge for getting the bank loan.
