Our water heater started leaking on Sunday. Isaac responded to our query within minutes. He rearranged his schedule to be here early Monday morning. He arrived on schedule and our water heater was installed and functioning by noon. He is not only professional, fair and knowledgeable but a great guy.

Isaac and his team did a wonderful job renovating our old, cave-like shower. The shower pan had leaked and needed be replaced. We then decided we might as well remodel. When Isaac came out to give us an estimate, he had the great idea of opening up the entrance to shower. This worked beautifully! Remodeling is such a messy job. The team took steps to keep the muddle to a minimum. They cleaned up nicely at the end of each day. Cory did a fabulous job installing the tile. He is extremely meticulous making sure everything is perfect. Had some special ideas that made the finished product better than we ever expected. Isaac always kept us kept us informed of each step of the process. He was right on target as to how long the project would take. The entire team was efficient and very personable. We will definitely have them update our other bathroom. We highly recommend Dynamic Plumbing.

Issac and his team were always so friendly and professional. They protected our home and furnishing's as if it were theirs. They ensured our carpet, floor and furniture was protected and made every attempt to make you as comfortable as possible during the project. They were flexible with the scheduling and timely in their responses. Their timing, coordination and execution was exceptional. The quality and craftmanship of the work left us very very satisfied with the finished project.

After agreement on the scope of work and cost, Dynasty was released to do the work. The work was to be completed prior to our arrival. With the exception of a minor grout issue (which was quickly corrected by Dynasty at their cost) the work that was done was exactly what we had wanted done! We were very pleased with the work. We subsequently had additional work done by Dynasty Plumbing. They are easy to work with and are professional.

They were really efficient, honest, punctual, friendly, and pleasant. I was so pleased I had them come back and replace a toilet. I feel comfortable with them in my home and highly recommend them to others.

The team was very pleasant, clean, organized and timely. We really enjoyed meeting them and having them help us. We love the new shower, its absolutely beautiful and will last for a long time. They did an outstanding job!!! I was really impressed how clean they were. They put tarps down from the entry way all the way to the construction site, and when they left, I didn't have any clean up at all. They knew right away what we wanted and how to achieve it. I contacted Dynasty Plumbing for a bathroom remodeling. Isaac contacted me and let me know when he could come out to my house to give me an estimate. From my initial contact with Isaac he has always been on time and has contacted me regarding scheduling his workers. If you want your bathroom remodeled call Dynasty Plumbing. They did a fantastic job, really. I could not be happier and my wife loves her new bathroom. EXCELLENT JOB.

The workers were efficient and on time. Isaac told me each step as they went along. They cleaned up each day before they left, even sweeping the hallways out to the front door. Isaac Mailhot was available via text or phone at all times. Because of my special needs relative I take care of, he helped me plan out the very best way to shower him. A shower without any lip for him to get over. It's amazing. I highly recommend him for any remodel and plumbing needs.

Very well. Isaac with Dynasty Plumbing was the only bid I received which offered the option of repairing only the damaged part of the line rather than re-pipe the entire gas line from the meter to my four appliances. He was the only contractor who dug into the ground near the meter to discover a very rusted pipe. He included the fallback to do the entire line run if his theory of the partial repair did not work matching other quotes I received. This resulted in a significant dollar savings for me and peace of mind it would be fixed either way. The gas company had turned off my service and Isaac fixed it all in a day. I would definitely recommend contacting him even though he is in Banning, he comes to Palm Springs for work.

Project went extremely well. I am completely satisfied and would use Isaac and Dynasty Plumbing company anytime I need a plumber. He kept in contact. The work was done on the dates we agreed to. He and/or the workers showed up when they were supposed to. EXCELLENT communication on status. OUTSTANDING delivery of finished product when we agreed to. Isac and his employees did exactly what they said they would do. They showed up on time and were always on schedule. They are friendly, professional and a joy to work with. Even months after the job was complete and they were paid in full, he checked in with us to see how things were going! We had a tankless water heater go out. Having purchased a newly built home I absolutely hated the bathtub and am not a shower person. Finally after six years I decided it was time to seek a replacement. Seaching the web I located Isaac Mailhot of Dynasty Plumbing. He responded immediately with a fair proposal and within a very short period of time the work began. Always on time, always professional and most importantly meticulous in daily cleanup, the job was completed on time. I could not have been more pleased and the result is beautiful. I only wish I had not waited so long to get my dream tub!

All the work was done excellent. The price was very reasonable keep in good communication with your contractor about any changes with times scheduled or dates.

Isaac and his team are not only prompt and punctual but also profesional and personable. Any renovation can prove, amoung other things, stressful. Isacc and his team made this transition as comfortable for my family as possible. The workmanship is amazing. You will not find a better company to deal with.

Issac and his crew had to improvise a bit because our home has no garage so they had to store tools and equipment inside. they were careful to clean up daily and covered sensitive areas of the house. As the bathrooms were so old we anticipated issues and there were a couple of unexpected problems, but Issac and his crew knew how to deal with them. They also were helpful in selecting tile at a good price and making suggestions about how best to maximize the space in our one tiny shower, which now feels much larger than before. There were no major delays, just one extra week due to special order for a shower glass. The remodel moved at the pace anticipated and Issac kept us up to date on any changes. We had a couple of tiny cracks in the grout a few weeks after job was done which Issac repaired at no cost.

Isaac Mailhot of Dynasty plumbing replied to my inquiry re a new shower within minutes. He was the most reasonable of the three quotes I researched to replace my shower. Isaac's team includes what I call the terrific trio--Isaac the plumber, Thomas the tile man extraordinaire, and Eddie their right hand man who keeps them on time. This team always arrived on time and were extremely professional throughout the installation of my new tile shower. I explained that I had a small window of time to have this work done, and they actually finished ahead of schedule. I couldn't be happier with my beautiful new tile shower. It is a work of art in my book! I would recommend Dynesty Plumbing to anyone who has a simple plumbing job that needs doing or the installation of a new tile shower.
