Service was quick and thorough. The only thing that I didn't like was that there was a $69 charge just for them to come to the door, even if it was just for an estimate.

The kitchen faucet only leaked when turned on. Submitted the request through Angie's List and Travis called me the same day. Best price quote and come out the next day. Travis showed up on time and performed the work on schedule. I also had the shutoff valves under the sink replaced (they would not completely shut off). He did an excellent job! Travis answered my questions and even did a courtesy check of my water pressure. Found it to be lower than normal and made the adjustment. I appreciate him taking the time to educate me about home plumbing and the services his company provides. I will definitely use Ascent Plumbing for future plumbing needs.

Gentlemen were very prompt and were there when they said they would be. Assessed the situation and gave me many options. I chose the best solution for me which was a repipe of the house. There were no hidden fees and they were upfront and honest about everything. The work was performed professionally and to the highest quality. I hope I don’t ever have plumbing issues again, but if I do you can bet I’m using Ascent Plumbing. Also I would absolutely be confident in referring my family and friends to them because I know the Ascent family will take excellent care of my family.

This company was the first to reply to my request and had the best quote. They really knew their stuff and did a great job. We have an old house so this was more than just replacing a water heater. Gas lines were changed and plumbing changed. We are very happy with the results and the professionalism of this crew!

The work performed was outstanding! Job included re-pipe of our two bathroom home with copper and Pet from house main line to both full bathrooms, kitchen, laundry, water heater and two exterior hose connections. Cost included all new angle stops and supply lines plus all piping was fully strapped. Also, since our hot water heater was over ten years old we had that replaced for an additional $1,000. The guys showed up on time, planned out every move and always prepared parts and materials in sync with their plan. This reduced the time that the water supply had to be off and significantly reduced the overall job time. The re-pipe took two days and the entire work site was cleaned up at the end of each day. I absolutely plan to use this company for additional work in the future and would recommend them to anyone.
