, The cleaning for the first three visits was very good. Over the course of the last three visits the quality declined. The shower wasn't completely cleaned and I could feel the soap left on the walls. The furniture, blinds, light fixtures, etc. were either only partially dusted or in some cases, not at all. The kitchen appliances were left unclean, the counters sticky, the utility room completely untouched. Because the quality was declining I provided the cleaner with a detailed list of what I wanted done. She set the list on the table and never referred to it. I had to let her go.

I ask for one time deep cleaning. Did not do half of what I asked and what she did do was poor.

I've had this company clean my house twice (Sept. & Nov. 2013.) I'm not sure how much I can say since I had a recent dispute with them settled in my favor by the Angie's List staff. But the first time my house was cleaned, they did a great job & the owner was very pleasant. I referred them to a friend of mine & they cleaned her house once. The owner did a walk-thru prior to coming over & gave me a great rate/Angie's List discount. One person/owner cleaned my house in about 3 hours. The second cleaning was a disaster because a Subcontractor was sent over who was nice, but didn't know how to clean well/manage her time. I won't go into details since this was the dispute that was recently settled but the cleaning was not completed to my satisfaction at all and the whole situation was not handled properly. I do appreciate Angie's List stepping in to help me resolve the issue. However, I would not re-hire this company.

It went EXCELLENT!! A-TEAM PRO MAIDS were exemplary in their professional attitudes, personal behavior and work ethics. I have used other housekeeping services before, but not a one ever matched their level of competence. I had fallen a wee bit behind in my own house cleaning duties and the A-TEAM professionals brought the entire house into magnificent order for the upcoming holidays. My family members and friends will be absolutely astounded at the height of cleanliness and order which I now have the delightful claim to. My kitchen is unbelievably clean and orderly. It is truly astoundingly spotless, tidy and spick and span. The team even moved my refrigerator and freezer and thoroughly cleaned under and behind them, bringing those areas to the same level as the rest of the kitchen. I was quite amazed because they even totally cleaned out the range hood, removing all traces of cooking grease! The sinks were scoured so well that they look as bright and shiny as they did when they were first installed and unused. The bathrooms were brought to level of spotlessness that I, even in my dreams, had not seen in quite a while. The team not only brought the fixtures, lights and mirrors to complete shininess, but also scrubbed and cleaned out the tracks of the shower doors, and also found and treated a trace of mildew that they had noticed and I, unfortunately, had missed. Throughout the house the team cleaned and even polished all of the picture frames, light fixtures and wall decorations but even did the same for the globes and blades of my ornate ceiling fans, making them look brand new. The wooden slats of my complex window blinds were brought to a level of shininess and reflexivity that is almost blinding! All of the hardwood floors were brought to a striking polished finish, and the carpets were clean plush like brand new. Now I can rest in ease and be utterly proud of the shape my home is in. The A-TEAM PRO MAIDS will always have the the honor of being my housekeeping service and give me pride in knowing that my home will be in the greatest shape for any indoor entertaining, delightful, provoking dinners and any other activities.

Great! Cathy worked efficiently. The place looked better than I expected when she was done. The refrigerator gleamed. Cathy did things according to my wishes, and I'm the type that opposes using synthetic products like Endust. Mostly water and Swiffer! She can use her own supplies and vaccuum cleaner, but I opt to have Cathy use my supplies and equipment. I plan to hire Cathy on an ongoing basis. I believe that hiring a household cleaner improves one's life because it frees up your weekends to do more social stuff. I was here both times Cathy cleaned for me (last week and two weeks before that). We chatted, and I am having fun getting to know Cathy, but she kept working the whole time we kibitzed!

Excellent!! I couldn't have asked for more superior housecleaning services. Their prices were very reasonable and their housekeeping skills are superior. They are the best Maid Service in town and in the best in the Inland Empire! I was recommended to them by a relative and I will continue to hire them for regular routine cleanings. Their motto is "We don't cut corners..we clean them" and that's exactly what they did! I am a very satisfied customer and I know that anyone who hires them will be very happy with their housecleaning services!

They are very nice ladies. They did not clean to the level of my standards. I think they worked hard, but they did not meet my level of cleaning. I feel they could do better in smaller homes or apartments, but they could have done better in my home. They were very professional and did a nice job explaining what they were going to do. They missed some pieces of furniture and some other things were not dusted. There were also calcium deposits and water spots around the faucet, coutertops, and shower door. One of the ladies was close to my standard of cleaning, but the other was far off. I would not call them again.

...however, the areas that were discussed were not completed, some of our blinds were either not done or partially done, light fixtures were not cleaned, nicknacks were not cleaned, a spider web in the living room was still there, the corners in the dining room were not touched (still had dirt), the floor had spots and looked dingy, the top of door jams were not even touched.... we had them come out and correct the items that were missed and to my surprise, I was wondering what took 4 hours worth of work as the items that were discussed are still not addressed... If you are looking to have a basic cleaning services and details are not an issue....great service...but for a deep clean, find another service provider.

cleaned bathrooms, dusted where ever needed, clean mirrors, vacuum floors mopped and clean kitchen and polished furniture.
