Description of Work: The owner performed service (see previous review) and did not do a good job. I asked for my money back. He stated he wanted the opportunity to fix the problem. Previously, he installed a 6 speaker system in a 12 speaker system. The system kept going into safety mode because it was not the right one for my household system. Two speakers were also broken he did not fix them the first time around. He noticed that one of them was broken when he installed the correct system on 6-24. He did not notice that the speaker on the deck was broken, because he did not check it for operability. The AM/FM tuner did not get any reception. He said he would be back in 3 days with an antenna and equipment to fix the broken speaker. I did not hear from him for almost 2 weeks. He then text me stating that he had the equipment and wanted to come over and fix it. I told him not to come, because of his lack of professionalism and he was not reliable. He then sent me a bill for allmost 500 dollars. I told him to come get his equipment and refund my money in full. He accused me of being "drunk" and hung up the phone. I was not only completely sober but appauled by the nerve to perform such poor quality service and send a bill on top of it.

Description of Work: Put in used amplifier that was very old and cheap. Requested a different one due to poor quality. Tried to bipass hooking up all speakers by hooking up two ports. System became overloaded. House sterio system already in place. All he did was add used amplifer, fix one speaker,run one wire and added a switch plate. Charged 1100. Stated added 300 dollars was for 3 hours of labor.
