They came our, did a survey of my water damage, made lots of promises, contacted my ins company and then left us hanging for over a week. Wouldn't respond to phone calls from my ins or me. Finally, a guy in a truck on the road answered their number. He said he would try and get someone to respond. A girl call, would not identify herself, said everyone was out of town and they probably would not be able to do the job.
Description of Work: Made promises, contacted my insurance, disappeared and would not respond to me or my ins company for over a week.
