This landscaper performs a quick and thorough job. So far we a pleased with there service.

The owner responded quickly. He was at my house to look into my issue within 3 hours. I was given a quote and he was able to fix my sprinkler the next day. Also, he explained what happened, how the sprinkler system works and things to look out for. Great Customer Service!!!

Very customer oriented. Punctual, courteous, interested in getting the job done correctly. Accept suggestions to do job exactly the way you want it done.

His professionally was very timely and he did not try to over sell me on anything. He was cost effective, he did an excellent job and he told me that if within 90 days if there was any problem with the work he would come repair the job for free. He was very knowledgeable about the project.

Called Sam on Monday, 3 July, about a sprinkler valve. He told me he would be in my area today, 6 July, and would be by around 0800. He arrived at 0800, did the work, gave me some pointers about my lawn and was on his way by 0900. Very professional. Looks like he has a new customer

Sam was efficient and expeditious. He replaced all 6 sprinkler valvesI and repaired a broken sprinkler due to tree roots!

Came early, yard looked like they had done work. Couldn't always tell with previous lawn care, had to check the green toter sometimes. Very pleased.

Sam of Soto's called, made an appointment, showed up on time, gave us an estimate which we accepted. Showed up on time on the date scheduled for the repair and did a fantastic job. I highly recommend Soto's and especially Sam. All companies should provide the customer service that Soto's, especially Sam does. Thanks

Sam does what he say he will do. I believe they are on the high end cost wise. However, the work is completed to my satisfaction.
