+ -1 moreShawna assisted us and spent a lot of time explaining what should be done to repair and extend the life of the rings. Before agreeing to the work, our rings were photographed (magnified) and catalogued precisely using their jewelry software, to accurately document the jewelry. This is for the protection of both the customer and the business should there be any disagreement about the rings. The work was done on the premises. Very professional and excellent work.
Description of Work: My husband and I had our wedding rings re-sized and cleaned. My wedding band and engagement ring each had diamonds which were cleaned, weak prongs were replaced, the 2 rings were soldered together to reduce surface wear, and gold was added to increase the size of the bands. My husband's simple gold band had gold added to increase the size and was polished. Poole's also is assisting in getting my 1940's Gruen 14K white gold watch cleaned and repaired. They have sent it to a watch repair service in Texas and will call me with an estimate before proceeding with the work.
