 + -1 moreEvery experience with Mr. Hechler has been an excelllent one. I first became acquainted with his work when he set the computers at my job. (He works on everything from small jobs to large business applications).
Description of Work: I have had Mr. Hechler to my home several times, and have also dropped off my equipment to his location. He provides outstanding service, explains what he is doing and charges very reasonably. He has gone way above what I had hoped for, saving precious pictures and other data in a very timely manner. He is friendly yet professional and knows more about computers than any technician I have used. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for honesty and technical expertise.

 + 0 moreI called Brad Hechler after my laptop crashed. He arrived 2 hours later. He found out I had ALOT of viruses, mainly because I had forgotten to renew. Surprise! Surprise! After he got a antivirus program started, the computer still crashed. He explained the different reasons that this happened and my options. Brad took the laptop home so he could double check his hypothesis, Before he left he set up my desk computer for my use. He called a couple of days later and told me that he found another virus and the hard drive needed to be replace. He made sure I understood all the options and I decided to have the hard drive replaced. I was very happy about the service and how patient he is as I am not computer savvy.
Description of Work: Replaced the hard drive on my laptop and set up my desk computer.
