Great! We had 21 windows installed by Hawkins in 2001. They have always answered my questions or solved any problem we've had. We had one window that leaked insulation. I called and they were right on it. They took care of the replacement and there was no charge, We called regarding the caulking. No problem. The man came out an checked every window. He caulked what was needed and again, no charge. We have been very pleased with our windows and Hawkins service. It's nice to know that a company like Hawkins still cares about it's customers. We would use this company again.

The crew was really good! Easy to talk to, explained everything, assured me of their lifetime warranty.....and two years later someone threw a rock into my bedroom window.....Hawkins was right here within 3 days to replace the window and the screen.....at no cost to me at all!! These folks are not only good at what they do, but their after-job service is remarkeable. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again, and again, and again.

We have a guest house on our property that is a Lindal Cedar house built in the 1970s. We wanted new, improved windows that would not detract from the original house The owner, Gary Hawkins, came to see the project himself and make recommendations. He had more that one solution to chose from. He was very honest about the date that the product probably would arrive. His installers arrived within a day of the windows arriving and installed them in one day. They were efficient, friendly, and left no debris behind.

The workers are very good, and their work was perfect. The only issue I had is the owner (who took the measurements), following up with me after the estimate. I had to call him to get things rolling. The price was good. I would definitely use them again, even if the price is a little higher than other estimates I get, just because I know the type of quality I will get from the workers. I also know going into it, that I will be responsible for following up with the owner, instead of waiting for him to call me.

They were great. The quality of the work was fantastic and they were in and out quickly. We did have an issue with one of the windows leaking, and they came out right away and fixed it with no questions asked, free of charge.

We had no issues at all. They were very professional, and did exactly what they said they were going to do. They also completed the work within the time frame they promised. I haven't had any leaks or issues since the work was completed. At one point, the handle broke on my sliding glass door and I wasn't able to find a replacement myself. I called Hawkins Exteriors, and they were able to look up my information (10 years later!), and send me out a brand new replacement for free. They even volunteered to come out and install it, but I chose to do it myself. They did a really good job.

My wife and I own a real estate company, and Hawkins Exteriors did such a great job on our home that we have referred them to others as well.

The Representative came out and showed us samples and the energy efficiency of the window types. We chose a high quality dual pane casement windows with argon gas from Simonton. Locally made and with lifetime warranty. They came out to take measurements and ordered the windows. It took a little time to fabricate the windows. Then we set a date for the install. On the date of the install the 2 guys that came out were friendly and professional. They started to cut out the old windows and install the new ones. After they installed a couple of the new windows I had noticed that they were missing the decorative grid in the glass that we ordered. They phoned into the office and they checked on the order. What happened was that when the order went in someone re-wrote the order but left out the grid order. They continued on with the install and informed me that they will return to replace the glass part with the correct grid. This was a mistake on their part. As the install went on we have an arched window that they had to replace. They drew a cutout of the arch to send to the manufacturer to match the arch. The manufacturer made a mistake and sent a half circle arch rather than an "eyebrow" type arch. They had to re-order that also. These 2 issues put a delay in the work and also took a few extra days. I had planned a few days off around the install in order to be here in case of questions. I had to take a few more days off in order to do the re-install of the windows with issues. This is the only part that I was a little upset about. If they had the correct windows the first time then the job would have been done in 2 to 3 days. We had a total of 19 casement windows installed. All opening except one. In my overall review I would still recommend using Hawkins to do a window install. They took care of the issues in a timely and professional manner. They carry a good line of economy, mid and high end lines. Windows and doors are a good investment for the home. They will save energy and re-sale will be better. Spend a little more money and get the better quality glass. It will pay off in the end. Hawkins and Simonton both made a little mistake but they took care of the issues with no problem. My Wife and I love the new windows. They are a little modern looking due to the poly ( plastic ) framing but the casement type keeps the look of the tudor style home. We have noticed the difference in temperature indoors and also we do not get the moisture build up as we did with the old windows. We eliminated the mold build up during the winter. A friend noticed that we installed new windows and she also went ahead and installed the same windows in her house. Once again. Hawkins is a good company and I would recommend for your window installs. Just make sure that the paperwork and order is as you agreed to.

I had them to replace all the windows in my home. They were professional, quick, and really know what they are doing. They did a very good job and I would use them again.

We had a total of 4 companies bid on new windows and sliders for our house. I had done a lot of research on the internet about replacement windows so I just contacted companies that carried the brands with the best ratings. Three of the bidders were larger companies and Hawkins was be best price by a substanital amount. The only cheaper bid was from and individual who did all of the work himself without any helpers. The job was finished in two days as promised and we have had no problems with them since they were installed. The crew was very quick and didn't waste anytime. I have been in the constructin industry for a long time and you can tell when someone knows what they are doing. They answered some questions that I had, when a problem came up they pointed it out to me and explained what the solution was. Hawkins was recommended to us and I would tell anyone who is concidering windows to let them look at you project.

I went to this company to replace all my windows with double paned glass. They did quality work and they were very professional. I would definitely use them again, no hesitation. They had excellent workmanship and they were very very punctual. I would highly recommmend them to anyone.
