Description of Work: It has been years since we had our windows replaced. Price was on the high side since we went with casement style windows. Dual pane, LoE and Argon Gas. We paid a little more to get a better grade of window with a great warranty. It was Lifetime with coverage on breakage and screens. Overall went well except a couple of glitches that they took care of promptly. First was we ordered grids in the glass and on install day they came without grids. It was a paperwork error. Second was our picture window came from the manufacturer as a semi-circle window rather than an eyebrow curved window. Last was we ordered folding window cranks and they installed standard cranks. They took care of the issues right away. The only issue I had is that I took a few days off to be here during the install and then I had to take another few days again when they came back to fix all the issues. I figure most of the time install goes well. I would have given an A for overall if there were no issues.

Description of Work: Everything went pretty well. Only reason I gave them a B was that their Office messed up the paperwork and ordered the wrong style of windows. They corrected it right away. Also the Factory mis-made one of the windows. After it was all done and complete we were satisfied. Just that we had to take a few days extra off to have them fix the errors. Great quality with the Simonton Windows. Price was a little higher since we had casement windows and dual pane Low-E glass. Date of install was before 2011.

Replaced 8 windows, 2 sliding doors, and turned dining room window into French doors so now we have access to our patio from the dining room. They did this job in one day in the sweltering heat!! We had a problem with one of the sliding doors not catching onto the latch and they were prompt in coming out to adjust the door. Highly recommend this company!

Hawkins came to my house, demonstrated the windows, gave me a price, ordered the windows, which took about six weeks but it was worth it. They did a great job and cleaned up all the mess. The windows have a slight tint to them; they keep the cold air out in the winter and the hot air out in the summer. It seems like my electric bill has gone up, probably because we installed ceiling fans. This is a reputable company whom I would highly recommend.
