Eureka Pacific Carpet Cleaning

I was very happy with him. He was very nice. He was very obligated. He was able to tell me what my real expectations were. This is related to the apartment so the carpet is very worn. But he was able to make it look pretty good. There is nobody local from Angie’s List from where I am and so it has very limited use to me. He was thorough and quick. He was very polite and friendly. I was happy with his service. The price is fair and comparable. He was informal which I like but probably a little bit different from some of the other people I worked with.

They are excellent. He is a one man show and he does everything. He arrived on time, was very polite, knew what he was doing and he got spots out that hadn't come out before. He is professional, does an excellent job and he is reasonable.

Doug was very professional, prompt and polite. He did a fantastic job on the carpet (the house is a rental) and he rearranged his schedule to accommodate mine. I am using him again on my own home.

.Arrived on time. Did just what was asked. Finished on time. Quality was great except one area of the carpet had streaks we had not seen but our cleaning lady saw when she came. Eureka came back out and redid those areas to our satisfaction

Arrived on time. Worked around what we were doing that day. finished in a timely way and was able to get stains out that others couldn't.

Doug arrived a few minutes early, discussed what his system would do, got straight to work. Finished the job, without any complaints in spite of finding challenges that were not apparent before he started. Advised me on the future care of my carpets. Packed up after a brief friendly exchange. Left me a magnet for my refrigerator knowing that I would call for all my cleaning needs.

I spent $135 on that service. He was on time, got it done and it still looks great. He got some red stains out of the carpet that I did not think would come out and it looks good. His prices were not the cheapest and I used someone with the cheapest prices before and the carpet smelt strange after he cleaned them. I would use him again for carpet cleaning and in act I am going to call him again to get another room done.

The carpets feel nice when they are done. We have had other companies come in the past and the carpet feels crunchy when they're done. They are not a cheap, pay by the room kind of company. You have to make an appointment because they are busy all the time and sometimes I wish I could get him sooner than I do.
