+ -1 moreIt was disappointing and amateurish. Brandon acted like he had never fixed a leak before. He didnt just come in with a set of tools. Each time he needed something, he would send his son out to the truck to get that specific tool. So after about 3 or 4 trips to the truck, Brandon finally had enough tools to proceed. He did fix the leak, but also scratched my faucet and chipped the counter. The caulking he applied is already coming up. When I asked him to reimburse my mother for scratching her faucet, he said, "File a complaint." Brandon isnt a licensed contractor, so who do I file a complaint with? Also, weve never been able to use the motion detector lights that he adjusted.
Description of Work: I needed a faucet leak fixed and some caulking done. I also needed a motion detector light adjusted.
