We contacted Andy's on Monday, 1/14. Received a comprehensive bid with very good information describing the options for a Bryant system. Andy brought out the bid to our home. We compared bids that we received from other contractors and selected Andy's Heat and Air for the job. They began the work on Friday, 1/18. A 3 man crew worked very hard and by the end of the day, Friday, we had heat again. The same crew returned on Monday, 1/21 and again worked very hard all day. The final work was completed on Thursday, 1/24 - new furnace and a/c installed. The crew was very professional and kept us informed throughout the process. They cleaned up well, were careful to protect our walls and floors as items were hauled out and brought in. We could not be happier with the work they performed for us and their attitude throughout. The new system is quiet and is keeping our home very comfortable.

Andy showed up right on time. Looked over my system. Talked about many options that are available to me, including many that he doesn't sale and would not profit from. He clearly doesn't think about profits first, but what is in the clients' best interests. If I have any HVAC needs I will call him and wait until he's available before going anywhere else. I recommend him to anyone who wants to work with someone of integrity.

We were lucky enough to find Andy's Heating and Air Conditioning when we first moved her twenty years ago. I am not only fully satisfied with the service I have received each and every year on both the AC and the Furnace inspections, but also with the repair work and thoroughness of his service technicians. Each and every technician sent out to do our service has done a very complete inspection and maintenance on both systems. They are knowledgeable and up to date on my central systems. Both systems have served my house well over the past 16 years we have lived here (we had the house built) and I know that the attention to detail that Andy's staff has provided has contributed greatly to the longevity of our heating and AC systems. They treat your property with respect and always insure that their work does not leave any dirt or refuse. His appointment range is usually within a 2-4 hour window, which has been acceptable. I cannot remember ever having to call and find out where the service technician is. They have always been on time, and the office has courteously kept me apprised of when to expect the technician to arrive.

Andy's to the rescue. My wife had just returned from an extended stay at her mom's and the a/c wasn't working when she got back. This was the first time we had tried to run the a/c this season. We called Andy's and they were able to squeeze us in before there next actual opening on the books. He trouble shot the system performed a leak test and filled they unit with 7lbs of freon. This is the second time we have used them and I will call them again the next time I need heating or a/c help.

We called Andy's and asked for a service person to come out and see why we had a water leak from our attic below where the furnace/blower was located. They set up an appointment right away for someone to come out. Later the same day (prior to the appointment) with water leaking faster, we called again to see if there might be an earlier appointment they could squeeze us in and they were very helpful. They called us back twice within 30 minutes to let us know they were trying to find an earlier opening, and then to tell us they would be out first thing the next day. The repair man showed up on time and was very knowledgeable and careful. He correctly diagnosed the problem and started working to fix it. He explained what was wrong, how he would fix it and did the work as explained. He checked our total system and answered all of our questions. He was very polite, neat and thorough. From our first call to Andy's to the completion of the work, we felt like they cared very much that we were well taken care -- and they did just that.

If I could give them a higher rating I would. They were very professional and performed tasks on time. They spent the time to teach on how the system works. Their attention to detail was evident in the work they provided. They made a high effecient unit and made it even more effecient by making sure that the system was sealed completely below the 3% leakage requirement. I would definitely recommend them!
