It went great, Greg with Alhambra was very professional, patient, accurate and timely. The new door and motor are great, and I am very pleased with everything I can think of in regards to this and would recommend them to any and everyone.

It went very smoothly, the technician showed up on time, took care of the problem without any issues (removed the old spring, put in a new one and re-tensioned everything). He also checked that everything worked before he left.

I've used him before at my former residence. He did a full inspection and tune up. After he left, there was a rain storm and the door started to make a noise that I could not identify. He returned to the house after the storm and made an adjustment. Works Great! I'd recommend him to anyone!

On-time and friendly. Inspected the roll-up and replaced all the rollers with new polyurethane rollers. What a great improvement: my old door went from noisy & clunky to smooth & quiet. Will definitely extend the life of this door! Great deal.

Description of Work: Our garage door was not functioning. Alhambra door quickly adjusted and lubricated the spring tension on the door and lubricated all joints on the rollup door. He checked all aspects of the operation of the door to be sure no further actions were needed. We were very satisfied.

Excellent job. Rock-solid installation. Greg also took the extra time to route and fasten the control and safety wires where they wouldn't be so obvious. Total job took a little over 3 hours, including explaining how everything worked. Highly recommended.
Description of Work: Greg removed the old "flip" door and installed a new insulated steel door, with new tracks, springs, and lift.

Description of Work: Best canvassed price but they had to return to adjust repair work done. The repairman was honest enough to say he had anticipated the malfunction but did not have the necessary material to do a 100% job during original repair appointment. Probably assumed the work warranty would take care of it but did not anticipate it would mess up after one day. Made up for it by promptly returning to fix the problem.
