Action Roofing Service

Elgin and his crew installed a Timberline HD 30-year shingle roof today. I can't say enough good things about them. They were friendly, professional, answered all questions, and performed the work in a thorough, totally proficient manner, taking care of all the details. They carted away our old satellite dish, cleaned the eaves; we even got upgraded vents. And they do a fabulous cleanup--our place looks better than it did before they came! The finished product is outstanding. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their service. They're well-known in this area and their work is so good the business is usually booked months in advance. Well worth the wait. Thanks, guys!

Elvin took pictures to show me what was going on and cleaned up the problem which prevented any more damage. I felt the charges were reasonable (can't remember how much). He was very responsive and came out that same day I called. Very professional. I will definitely call Elvin and Action Roofing again should a need arise.

I called in November of last year to have a minor leak looked at. It was raining when I called and I figured they were pretty busy with more serious problems so I really didn't expect a call back for at least a week or so. After almost a month, I called them back to see if maybe they forgot about me. They said they had been very busy and just hadn't got to me yet. I finally got called the next day and a young man came out to estimate the repairs. The technician took some photos and told me I would be called with a quote. 3 plus weeks later, again, I had to call them back for my estimate. I talked to the owner who thought I had already been called. He gave me a quote and I approved the work. We set up a day for the crew to come out and perform the repairs. Repairs were completed and apparently, they over estimated the job and discounted the final cost. How often does that happen nowadays. They finished quickly and cleaned up all debris. Overall, I'd say that once they finally came out, I was very happy with the work performed.Very professional and courteous.

Very very well. Work was all done as promised and they cleaned up after removing the old work....mostly. I still had to do some cleanup, but I had a shake roof.

It went well, although alittle higher cost than what I originally thought, but the guys did a good job and cleaned up. I would use them again and, probably will when it comes time for a new roof.

Excellent customer service on installation. Very timely on installation as it only took 2 days! They have high marks in my book except one but this applied to all 3 roofing companies I called. Answer the phone like it is a business line and not a personal line. I had to ask if I had reached the correct phone number. Other than that I would use them again and recommend them highly.

Estimate was fair, work was done quickly, good quality and as discussed, no more, no less.

It was wonderful. Their estimate was to the penny. They had to lift up a heating/ac unit to be able to roof underneath, and they were quick, friendly, and the work was done perfectly. They fully repaired our bad leak and we haven't had a single drop since.

I was very impressed by how through the repairmen were. They worked steadily through the heat of the day to finish the job.

They responded quickly to my initial call. Their work was neat and thorough. They fixed the problem. Most of my neighbors have also had their roof replaced by Action Roofing.

They did an excellent job. They came out and fixed a leak that we had in the roof. After we experienced some rain I received a phone call from them to see if I had any additional leaking. I told him that I still hadn't received a bill from him for the repair. He explained that he does not bill for his work until he knows the job is complete. They were a little slow on initial response to come out and give me a bid. However, when I had a leak they came out right away.

The inspection for an estimate was done the same day I called. Two days later a detailed estimate was in the mail for me to look over and sign. When I finally decided to go with Action, I received a call the day before work was to begin, the crew was there at 8am, and when I got back from work, the roof was tarped and the gate had been locked as requested. All debris was gone or wrapped up so my dogs did not get into anything they shouldn't have. The second day, they arrived a bit earlier and work commenced...When I got home that day, I had a new gorgeous roof, and wonderful gutters! I was so happy! I called the county to make an inspection appointment but found that Action had already arranged for it. I told the inspector that it would be an easy one for him...and it was.

I was amazed that they took it totally apart and put it back together again. The roof hasn't leaked since then so the quality of the work is good. They said they would be here at 7a.m. and they were not a minute late. In fact, they were here early and had to wait to start the job because of the noise ordinance. They picked everything up and even swept because of the saw dust. I only found one scrap left behind.
