The work done was excellent. it was completed on time and was top quality workmanship. Also the price was less than I expected.

Process was smooth from start to finish. Nik pressured washed the house and his crew began work the following day. Crew began taping off windows and doors, as well as removing existing lighting fixtures, while Omar began with stucco repair. (Stucco was damaged when old concrete was pulled away from the house a few years ago.) Crew also pulled damaged wood from the front of the house and replaced it with new wood. Nik also replaced rotten wood on the fence adjacent to the house. The crew arrived between 8:00 and 8:30 each morning and wasted no time getting to work. Omar and Joca stayed until they were finished with the day's work (between 6:30 and 7:30 pm). Nik arrived each morning to check on his crew, but on the 3rd and 4th day, he left the job site. All of the workers answered any questions I had and were extremely courteous and professional. I was especially impressed with the work of Omar and Joca who would ask me to come and take a look at things to make sure their work met my expectations. Nik was recommended to me by a friend. I knew his work wasn't going to be the cheapest, but I was told that he would go above and beyond to make me happy. Nik even installed the new outdoor house lights and house numbers I had purchased. I have already scheduled Nik to give me an estimate on painting the interior of my home and would recommend him without reservation.
