TURN KEY REMODEL

Turn Key Remodel has been absolutely wonderful. They've done an amazing job. We're so appreciative to everyone involved from their contractors to their office staff. Everyone was kind, helpful and professional. They were very communicative, clean and prompt. We've never done anything like this before and they were very patient with us. They listened to any concerns we had and were quick to fix a couple of very small hiccups. Everything looks sensational and they finished right on schedule!! They're design team was the thing that really made Turn Key special. They have a wonderful eye and we would've been lost without them! Turn Key was recommended to us by a friend and we are so glad we chose them. An added bonus was being able to give back to the community and hire a contractor from our home town.

Turn Key Remodel was truly a pleasure to work with. I had a 285 square foot upstairs room addition which is not a simple feat, but the owner Mark and his team did an amazing job. In addition to their quality workmanship and competitive pricing, for me Turn Key Remodel's greatest asset is that Mark and his team were very responsive to any questions or issues I had throughout that construction process. I would usually get a response back the same day, or if I had an inquiry late in the day, someone would get back to me the next morning. If it was a small issue, then one of Mark's team would get back to me in a timely manner, but if it was a larger questions or issue, Mark would call me himself. Mark and his entire team (from his designer Sam, to his office staff of Dianeli and Shelby) are hardworking, honest people who I would gladly hire again.

They were on time, on budget, reliable and professional. They fixed the minor issues and I can't say enough good things about Mark and his team.

Our kitchen remodel turned out beautiful and we couldn't be happier. Mark is very professional and reliable. He went out of his way to find a certain style of cabinets we wanted and came up with some great ideas that really elevated the whole design. Drywall, cabinets, plumbing, electrical, windows and countertops were all of the things we needed and Turn Key was a one-stop shop for all of this, which made things much easier. Thanks Mark!

I signed a contract with Mark Apicella of Turn Key Remodel for a bathroom remodel job and he did not supervise the project well and it turned out to be a nightmare as a result. It started with the demolition when he told me that everything in the adjoining master bedroom would be covered during the demolition of the master bathroom, but he did not supervise the workers and they did not cover anything in the bedroom! There was a thick layer of dust and debris covering all of my bedding and furniture. Then, he introduced a "project manager" to me who basically came on the job only in the initial stages of framing and told me that he did not have to follow the plans that I had gone over with the contractor. Then, when the framing was done, it was not completely level and the pocket door was not framed correctly. An electrician was sent over and he messed up the wiring by putting it in the framing for the medicine cabinet. In addition, the contractor, Mark Apicella, told the electrician to scrape the acoustic ceiling around some recessed light and later I found out that it had asbestos and I had to get abatement done. This contractor told me that he did not have time to supervise my job and after several months of this nightmare of a remodel, I ended up terminating our contract and hired a different contractor to finish the job. Iniitially, Mark Apicella asked me if he could advertise his business by putting his sign on my property during the remodel, but I had to tell him to take the sign away because he was not a contractor that I would ever recommend. To top it off, I found out that my dentist had hired this contractor and also had problems with him. His work was "mickey mouse" and not professional.

I have a hardwood floor. When they tore out the bathroom they put dents and dings in the floor. They did replace it but it shouldn't have happened in the first place. He had a hard time finding someone who could install the shower surround I had purchased. He had originally assured me it wouldn't be a problem. I had wanted paneling all the way around the bathroom. He didn't remember that when he put in the cabinet and didn't leave space for it so the paneling couldn't be installed. The workers weren't very careful. The shower pan has debris that I can't get out now because they didn't cover it properly. They also didn't cover the tile properly so the grout is discolored. The job took a lot longer than anticipated.
