+ -1 moreTHE DESIGNER FROM THOMASVILLE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL IN HER JOB. SHE KNEW FABRIC, AND DESIGN VERY WELL. SHE WAS ALSO WILLING TO LOOK AT OUR BUDGET, AND HELP US GET EXACTLY WHAT WE WANTED THAT WOULD BLEND WITH OUR LIVING ROOM FURNISHINGS THAT WE HAD. HOWEVER, THE MANAGER OF THE THOMASVILLE WAS NOT AS HELPFUL OR NICE. SHE WAS MORE CONCERNED WITH THE SALE INSTEAD OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. IT WAS A SHAME THAT WE HAD TO WRITE A LETTER TO THE COMPANY BEFORE SHE DECIDED TO MAKE IT RIGHT. THEN SHE TRIED TO MAKE BOTH OF US FEEL GUILTY. NOT A GOOD EXPERIENCE.
Description of Work: I HAD PICKED OUT 2 ATLANTIS SWIVEL ROCKERS TO GO IN THE LIVING ROOM. I HAD LOOKED, AND LOOKED FOR THE RIGHT ROCKER THAT WAS COMFORTABLE, AND ELEGANT. I HAD THOMASVILLE INTERIOR DESIGNER TO COME OUT, AND HELP ME WITH MY SELECTION. WITH THE HELP OF THE DESIGNER I PICKED OUT FABRIC FOR THE ROCKERS TO BE COVERED IN. WHEN THE ROCKERS WERE MADE AND DELIVERED, THE FABRIC WAS A PEACH SHADE INSTEAD OF WHITE. THE DESIGNER CAME OUT, AND AGREED THAT IT WAS WRONG. THE MANAGER OF THE THOMASVILLE DECIDED THAT IT WASN'T TOO FAR OFF FROM WHAT WE ORDERED. THOMASVILLE WASN'T GOING TO CHANGE THE FABRIC. IT WASN'T UNTIL WE HAD TO WRITE A LETTER TO THE COMPANY DID THEY THEN DECIDE TO CORRECT THEIR MISTAKE.
