Kyle and the crew were amazing. In our agreement/contract, he mentioned that the job would be done by a specific date in a "workmanlike Manner" and he certainly didn't disappoint. It was actually completed a little early. He demo'd basically our entire backyard concrete deck around an existing pool and the team installed a difficult 150 linear foot long by 6 foot high engineered retaining wall on a sloped section to my architect & engineers specifications. We were so happy with the dedication and conduct of the job that we decided to de-scope a job with another contractor to replace the demo'd pool deck with pavers and awarded the job to Kyle & his team. Kyle at Sandstone Construction was easy to work with. We am glad I used them to extend our backyard. Kyle and his crew were professional, reliable and dependable. We are so happy with our new side yard and addition to the front yard. They were able to take down our retaining wall and installed a new one (to widen our backyard), also install pavers in the front yard, side yard and the backyard. It was great working with them, we will definitely use them again.

Sandstone Construction was Great, we had them demo out backyard, go deeper into our hillside and installed a 120 ft retaining wall, fireplace , bar & BBQ area , and new patio cove with all new concrete for the patio and around the pool. They work fast and are very clean. We did have a problem in one small area with drainage after they poured the concrete, but Kyle and his crew came back and made it right, that shows a lot of integrity. We LOVE out backyard now! I am so happy with my new driveway and entryway installed by Sandstone Construction. The pavers look so much better than my old cracked concrete driveway. The crew was amazing. They had the old concrete removed and the new pavers installed in under 3 full days. They left the site clean and tidy. The price was very competitive and the work completely professional. I very highly recommend this hard working group of talented pros.

Job was done quickly and properly. Very easy to work with. Materials and craftsmanship first rate. Kyle supervised the job and checked in for any problems or requests.

I hired Kyle to replace ~170 ft of wood fence with a new block wall. I took four quotes for the project and Kyle made the best impression and his price was very reasonable. One of our main concerns was the timing as my neighbor and I both have large dogs. Kyle and his team worked hard and got the job done ahead of schedule. I would not hesitate to hire Kyle and his team again if I need another project.

Kyle and his crew were excellent. They arrived on time to start the project, which involved the continuation of 3 block walls. They worked quickly and, when I asked them to change part of one of the walls to allow for a more gradual decline to the height along the property line at the street easement, they had no problem in doing so. I have to echo one of the other reviewers when he said that Kyle and his crew were efficient, quick, fastidious and courteous. Their pricing was also very competitive--much lower than another estimate I had gotten. I also liked the fact that Kyle, as the person who did the estimate and apparently supervised the crew, was there pretty much on site and available throughout the project, so that I could always ask questions and have decisions (inlucindg possible changes) made on the spot. I would have no problem in recommending Sandstone Construction and in fact would consider using them again without question for other projects. Ron Y.

Kyle and his team were very professional. They began a backyard remodel on time and finished the 6-week project early. They were very open to answering questions and making adjustments throughout the project. Would highly recommend.

Kyle and his crew did a great job removing all the weeds from our huge paver driveway. Kyle immediately responded to and took care of the few issues we found later. Great price and customer service.

I selected landscaping for this review. But they performed a lot of concrete, brick and drain systems work. Sandstone Constructions provided me a bid on an original job. I elected to go with an contractor who's wife, whom works with Hospice, took care of my mother-in law. I was practicing paying it forward. Unfortunately, the service we got from her vs his was not the same. Looking back, the bid I accepted was less, because his wife pressured special pricing. I got less than what I paid for. By the time it was over, The Sandstone bid was exactly where it needed to be. Sandstone had to finish several unfinished projects and bring every one of them to code. Kudos to Sandstone Construction.

Sandstone Construction from the first moment exceeded my expectations. Kyle listened to and learned about what I was looking for my paving needs.. He visited my home and provided me a fair price for the work to be done. Kyle and his team completed the job in the time frame we agreed upon and I was very very happy with the results. Of the 3 brick layers I contacted, Sandstone Construction was the one who responded and gave an estimate. It was a fair price. ( I wanted raised brick and stucco vegetable beds.) Kyle and his assistants were always personable and helpful, even when I needed to change the dimensions on each bed. They were hard workers, worked quickly, and were able to start and finish when I desired. They left the workspace clean each day. They offered to fill the beds with clean topsoil, which they did. I am completely satisfied they fulfilled the vision I had for my raised vegetable beds.

This is the second job we had Sandstone Construction perform for us. The first was repairing a block-wall fence that was leaning such that the gate would not close properly. Sandstone Construction rebuilt the fence so that it was twice as sturdy and strong as it was when originally built. Sandstone Construction did such a good job in this repair, at a very fair price, that we hired it to build a backyard block-wall fence. Everything went smoothly. The inspections passed the first time through. The crew was courteous, neat, efficient, and very capable in building the fence. Everything Sandstone Construction agreed to do, it fulfilled to our highest expectations. Again, Sandstone Construction provided a very fair price. All of our future construction projects will be directed to Sandstone Construction.

Sandstone Construction but more importantly Kyle was great from beginning to end. He came out to look at what we wanted, listened and went over our options. He demonstrated that he not only listened but was focused on serving us and not trying to pressure us into something we didn't want. His bid was competitive and it never changed from beginning to end. He was on time, and communicated throughout, even when we started to change it up. He exceeded all our expectations! We would highly recommend Kyle and Sandstone Construction!

They were fast, their truck was clean and did not leak oil, they hosed down the driveway when finished and the curbing looks great.
