He was thorough, had outstanding knowledge and skills related to his professional and provided advice about future blind purchases. He demonstrated his ability to handle his craft and provide excellent customer service. I would recommend hiring Pinnacle for sales and installation of the products that they carry. They truly have talented individuals who care about providing a product that meets the needs of the customer, providing excellent installation and are readily available if questions arise or service is required.
