Description of Work: Replaced two shutoff valves in downstairs bath sink, prior to new counter top being installed. J+K kept in contact advising his time of arrival when the original time passed. Previous job took longer than anticipated. He arrived, saw what was needed and promptly completed the install within an half hour. Will definitely use him again when the need arises.

Description of Work: I don't remember what the price was or the date but I have called this company several times over the last few years and Jeff has always been courteous and professional. He has done everything from unclogging the sink and replacing the water heater. He is the best plumber I have ever had.

Description of Work: Jeff replaced bath faucet and repaired leaky toilet during his last visit. He has come several times for the last several years. He has always done an excellent job - including replacing my water heater a few years ago. He is also honest. There have been times when he could have taken advantage but didn't. He listens to his customers and is always polite and professional.

Through our employer we contacted Jeff and made a special effort to make sure our needs were met. It would be an understatement to say that they acted professionally, their customer service is impeccable.
