They did not deliver the quality that was paid and contracted for. Refuse to issue credit on bad quality work and Bob asks for more money to fix it. His answer is this is what you paid for and do not look at it from 6 inches. Bob also failed to credit for work paid for but not performed. Very dishonest.

This is an outstanding company. They entire staff from the top down are first-rate. They gave me dates when they would start and finish the work and kept to their schedule. They showed up on time, were courteous, polite, and kept the areas clean. The workmanship was meticulous and wonderful. In a world where many companies do not bother to keep their commitments to timing, quality or service, Hoppe brothers stands out as the exception. This was the 3rd time I have used them and will continue to call them back again.

This is the second time that I have used this company and I was not disappointed. They provide a high quality product. The flooring and painting are perfect and look better than when the house was new. The team is very professional, respectful of your time (come when the say and finished ahead of time). Carlos was wonderful. He kept checking that everything was going according to plan and that I was satisfied with the work. This work is not cheap but worth every cent because the quality of the work is exceptional. If you care about high quality finishes, reliability and timeliness with a professional and courteous crew, then this is the company for you.
