Chem-dry by newton

In the morning, when removing the covers from the now dry carpets, my mom noticed many dark spots and dark lines on the carpet where he had worked on his machine. She has since tried several times to reach Mr Newton but, he has failed to answer the phone or return her calls. My 89 year old father has since tried to clean the marks by laying on the floor and scrubbing but, the marks come back each time the carpet dries and anyone walks on the area. The area affected is right at the entrance to the living and dining rooms and looks much worse than before Mr Newton came to clean. This is a lousy way to do business and a lousy way to treat octogenarians. If Mr. Dennis Newton does not come back and clean up his mess, my parents will probably have to replace the carpet in both living and dining rooms in order to regain the neat, clean look they have always maintained in their home.

THEY WERE VERY GOOD, VERY RELIABLE, AND VERY COURTEOUS. THEY DID VERY GOOD WORK. I ALWAYS CALL THEM, BUT THEY'RE VERY EXPENSIVE. THAT'S THE ONLY THING I DON'T LIKE ABOUT THEM. THEY'RE THE BEST CARPET CLEANERS I'VE EVER HAD.

IT WAS AN EXCELLENT SERVICE. HE ALWAYS COMES WHEN HE SAYS HE IS GOING TO COME. HE TAKES CARE OF SPOTS AND LETS YOU KNOW IF HE CAN'T GET SOMETHING OUT. HE NEVER INCREASES THE PRICE BASED ON HOW DIRTY SOMETHING IS.
