They came right away and did what they said they would at the price we agreed upon. Randy the owner was very nice and very knowledgable.

We had been ripped off by another plumbing company which we had install a main line access and subsequently called AA Atlas at the recommendation of our home inspector. They ended up fixing the prior plumber's main line access port as well with a better top cover/fitting. They came out and gave us a no nonsense estimate which was HALF the cost of the previous plumber's estimate to do the same job!. They were friendly, knowledgable and efficient. Work was excellent and clean-up was thorough. We were very happy with the results. It has been almost a year since the repair and there have been NO problems. We will definitely use them in the future.

They came, did the work on time, and left. He was also polite and the price was reasonable.

They are very good at communicating. They always call to say when they're coming and call the day after to follow up on the work. They do a great job!

The plumber was prompt, cheerful and courteous. They priced the new toilets just a little above the price I obtained at a large discount house. They kept the dirt on a tarp and completely and and trash in their own carry out bag - hauling away the old toilets afterward. I've used this company before and have always satisfied with their work. They warranty their work, nothing has ever gone wrong, and they stayed within their estimate.

Water was dripping from the secondary condensation line of our air conditioning unit in the attic. We flushed the primary line with hot water/bleach mixture to clear any possible algae and used a small "snake" to clear the primary condensation line to no avail. Eddie arrived, assessed the situation, gave us a quote and made arrangements to return the next day since he had no PVC piping on his truck. He reported that the primary PVC condensation connection to the air conditioner had broken at the air conditioning unit and needed to be replaced. He also reconfigured the PVC connections so the entry for flushing was more accessible. To get to the original flush opening, my husband had to literally crawl over large ducts and balance without stepping on an unsupported area. Eddie was very professional, explained what was being done and tried to keep costs reasonable.

I had a big mess with water all over the floor. I really appreciated the fact that after my call to them, the repairman was at house in less than one hour. I am very happy with my new water heater and the work that they did for me.

On a Saturday while my husband was working, water suddenly began pouring out of a recessed light in our kitchen. I put a bucket under it and the next day, my husband discovered our upstairs air conditioner was leaking. I called AA Atlas on a Monday morning ( 6:30 am) and someone actually answered the phone! They were able to send out a serviceman, Eddie, that day. He arrived within the projected time period and I received a warning call to let me know he was close. He quickly diagnosed the problem (rust had clogged up the drain in the pan, so water was accumulating and spilling over from the pan), removed the accumulated rust with a blast of nitrogen, and replaced the filter. All in all, he spent an hour or so here, either diagnosing or repairing, and I thought it was quite a bargain. He also provided us with a quote (at my request) for a new AC system. Overall, the service was great. Quick response via phone for service, Eddie was prompt, polite, AND fixed the problem.

RANDY, THE OWNER, CAME AND CHECKED THE ENTIRE PIPING SYSTEM FROM ROOF TO CONDO TO TRY AND FIND THE COOLANT LEAK. HE SPENT A LOT OF TIME EXPLAINING HOW THE SYSTEM WORKS AND WHY HE WAS DOING WHAT HE WAS DOING. HIS RECOMMENDATION WAS THAT THE SYSTEM WOULD BEST BE REPLACED $3K, AS TRYING TO FIND THE CAUSE OF THE PROBLEM WOULD BE SEVERAL THOUSAND. HE RECOMMENDED MEANWHILE THAT WE RECHARGE THE SYSTEM, AND ONLY CHARGED THE RECHARGE FEE, DESPITE THE FACT THAT HE HAD SPENT 2 HOURS TRYING TO TRACK DOWN THE PROBLEM. THIS COMPANY NOW TAKES CARE OF ALL MY PROPERTIES... THEY IMPART A SMALL BUSINESS FEEL, WITH AN IN-DEPTH KNOWLEDGE OF AC/HEAT SYSTEMS.
