Work was performed on time. However, remnants of Moss remained and my tenant was tasked to clean up the removed moss blown to the ground which was included in the scope of work to be done.

Austin was very efficient and courteous.

I spoke with Jerry, and i felt his team were going to do a great job. But his team exceeded my expectations! The Project Manager knocked on the door, introduced himself and explained the processes. When the project was complete, he showed me the before pictures, and promised to return in three weeks or he could return earlier if warranted. According to him, because it rained today much of the mold, mildew, lycon, and algae will be washed away. I am sure with the cleaning of the roof and treating the algae and other unwanted materials on the roof, will look like brand new in a few weeks. I am so glad we called Window Genie to clean our roof!

All of the waste in the gutters was extremely moldy. The work crew of two men put the mold and waste in their buckets and then literally just dumped it int the yard waste bin. Probably 2-3 cups worth fell into the bark in the front yard. Opening the bin to put yard waste just about killed me off. I have asthma and allergies. The gutter waste needs to go into paper bags and then into the yard waste bin.
