City of Davis notified us that their Aqua Hawk system had discovered abnormally high usage of water which indicated a leak somewhere in our home. I called three plumbing companies to find the source of the leak and repair it. Two companies I spoke with suggested total re-piping of the entire house because of the difficulty in finding the exact location of the leak which they guessed was in a pipe under the slab giving estimates of between $20,000 and $27,000. Angi encouraged me to call Anthony Martinez of WDLD Plumbing. Anthony has 26 years of experience in both commercial and residential plumbing. He brought in a professional to locate the line that was leaking and recommended the re-piping of the leaking line, estimate for repair $3600, 3 days start to finish. The job was finished on time with a minimum of holes in the sheet rock. Because of his expert detective work and professional experience all but one of the holes were made in inconspicuous locations, all were expertly patched and textured.
