Monley's Carpet One Floor & Home

Flooring installation was excellent. Baseboards were done well but took several months before they got around to it. Did not return phone calls. I felt the price was fair but not a bargain. This was an expensive job, for which I expect more responsive service.

We would hire Monley again in a minute. We were very impressed with their selection of flooring and the knowledge of their staff. They did about 1600 sq ft of flooring for us, red oak. They communicated well with us. Job took about 5 work days. They moved all our furniture into the kitchen / other areas that have tile; we had to empty drawers and bookcases, etc. - but that saved lots of money on movers. The clean up was excellent. They had someone come out not only to clean the house where the flooring was done but also dust the rest of the house and wipe down all the ceiling fans throughout - wow! Our only small complaint was that we were unable to obtain remainders from the job to use to fix spots we have or will damage, which we understood would be provided. We could use this. Otherwise, we highly recommend this company.

Very smooth and efficient. Excellent work. The workers had great pride in their work. We have used Monleys' in the past and we will use again in the future.

They were great. They had everything done in 3 days as opposed to the 3 weeks that another company told us it would take, as well as 3 times cheaper. They even had a free upgrade! It worked out really well.

Monley's lived up to the enthusiastic reviews they have received from others who subscribe to Angie's List. Everyone was very pleasant and professional, and I couldn't be more pleased with the final result. What a transformation, to go from faded old carpet to beautiful, easy-to-maintain laminate -- really brightens the whole place.

We like them. They did a fabulous job. They were willing to work with on the price. We prioritized highquality work and they delivered that. I will use them again in the future.

Overall, the service went very well. They were wonderful, helpful, knowledgeable, high quality work, personable and easy to work with. No complaints.

I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH CARPET ONE-CARPET DEALER. HEY SHOWED UP ON TIME TO PUT THE CARPETS IN. I USED THEM IN THE PAST, SO I KNEW WHAT TO EXPECT. I THOUGHT THEIR PRICE WAS VERY REASONABLE.
