Lupe Springer-Hodges - Bella Vie Real Estate

Me and my wife just purchased our first home. We tried several Realtors before Lupe and had no luck. They all wanted to push buying the first house we looked at. We found out about Lupe from a friend. Right away we knew she was different then the other Realtors. We had a small budget but Lupe treated us like millionaires. I work long hours and she was able to work around my schedule. When she would show us a house she would not just point out the good things she would also point out what was wrong with the house. She worked very hard to make sure we found just the right house. When we finally found one she was very good at explaining the process (since me and my wife were clueless). She took care of everything from faxing documents to our lender to setting up home inspections. All we had to do was sign papers. In the end we got the house for the asking price with the seller paying all closing costs. I will definitely be using Lupe again.
