If you want a fast sale, she will guide you through the options. If you have a price threshold, she works with you accordingly. She doesn?t waste your time with inappropriate offers. One of the best things about Katie is she truly sells for you ? she will hold open houses if you want, she will attend each showing if you want, she will reach out to other realtors to highlight your property and more. Katie always remembers it is your home, not just a piece of property for sale. Working with Katie is enjoyable due to her energetic, positive style. She knows the market and continually works her relationships with other realtors, lenders, and appraisers.
Description of Work: Katie sold our Woodland, CA house and facilitated all the realty steps including open houses, showings, marketing, house inspections, appraisal and title services.
