Description of Work: Replaced control unit on water softener. Service was done quickly and well. Price of part very high ($850) compared to similar items on internet (under $500). Only show in town allows this.

The drain pipe that was first installed was sloppy and unprofessional. They sent out a new plumber and it was done very professionally. The pipe came across the front of my house and it was critical that it look professional. Culligan handled my complaint promptly. I am very happy with the results.
Description of Work: Installed rental water softener. I did NOT get a response through Angie's list. This company was from Woodland and responded to a direct call from me.

I wanted to rent a water softening system before purchasing, and, it turns out, Culligan has a plan that allows a person to rent with the option of buying. The installation of the rental system went smoothly, and the two installers were incredibly personable. They explained which faucet to use when washing the car, which faucet to use when watering plants (so as not to kill the plants), and answered various other questions. I like working with people who value good customer service, and the Culligan installers definitely do. Now that the water is soft, it's also great to be able to CLEAN!
