Alberto was quick to respond to my initial message. He was polite and professional. He fit in time to do an estimate, and then the job, understanding the urgency of the rodent problem. He was willing to do it all remotely, via phone and text, even sending me photos, since I couldn't get there in person.

The owner comes out to provide an estimate and explains what they will do. They have performed the work within a couple of weeks of the request each time. They are professional, work quickly and efficiently and then have me inspect the work before we complete the contract. I am very happy with their work and appreciate their professionalism and price. Alliance provided excellent service, from start to finish. They were prompt, professional, did excellent work and cleanup, and the owner came out and inspected the work both as things progressed and at the finish.

Alberto was highly professional, yet warm and friendly. After the estimate, I had total confidence in him. He was helpful and patience with me. Although I had a general idea of what work needed to be done, I wanted suggestions about what should be done. Alberto offered suggestions and alternatives, explained the whats and whys so that I easily understood. He gave me an estimate for the work before he left. I set a date and canceled my other tree estimators. On July 2nd, Alberto and his workers showed up on time. I had them remove four large but dead Cypress trees, and five small dead trees, remove one bush, and trim trees around my pool. The biggest job was to trim a large Privet tree in the back fence neighbor;s yard; it makes such a mess in my pool that I hardly use it. Alberto asked me to check with the neighbor for access from their side when trimming the Privet overhang. He also suggested that I ask them to cut it done. By the time Alliance came, my neighbor agreed that I could have the tree cut down. Alberto did not charge much extra for that [his estimate was to trim the overhang way back off of my property. In the back yard, he trimmed overhang from three good neighbor sides, removed four large but dead cypress trees, removed five small, dead cypress. He trimmed other foliage around my pool. He notice that I had a dying bonsai at the top of the waterfall of my pool and showed me how to save it. When the work was done, the back yard and pool were a mess from the dead cypress needles. His crew did a great job of cleaning up. In the front, he trimmed the overhang from a huge redwood and a birch. I am getting a new fence and these had to be trimmed back. The job took as much time as he had estimated. I was pleased with the work and the clean up. However, it is the small things that matter and make the difference between good work and outstanding service. When cutting down a dead cypress with needles flying everywhere, one of the workers closed the glass slider so to my bedroom so the dirt and debris wouldn't fly into the house. Alberto pulled out several small trees hat had rooted from neighbor's yards. I used to be able to do that but can't with carpal tunnel. He dug out an old grape vine and dead rose stump along the side yard, plus large roots in my window box. And he gave me a 10% discount from a flyer I saw after I had gotten the estimate. I will use Alliance Tree service again. In fact, I will likely have them come annually to check on my trees [my pool is surrounded on three sides with Cypress]. This was my best experience ever with having work done.

A tree had split at the base and fallen against telephone wires. AT&T was not going to come out for a few days, so I left a message with Alliance around 5pm. Alberto was over an hour later. He explained that the trunk would continue to dry and crack and the tree could fall completely within a few days, so he arranged to bring a crew first thing in the morning. I was at work, but when I returned the tree was completely removed and the place nicely cleaned up. They managed to do the removal in the backyard without damaging the wires or the fence and bush underneath the tree. They also trimmed the broken top of an adjacent tree that had snapped in an earlier storm. Alberto was friendly and professional, and the price was fair. I would not hesitate to call Alliance the next time I need tree service.

They did a great job and were finished in about 6 hours. They were very professional and friendly. The did extra excavating to remove the stump and the roots. This was really appreciated because we are having an addition added to the home over that site.

These guys do a great job. They showed up promptly at 8:00 AM and immediately assessed what they had to do. They took great care to make sure that things around the yard were moved, the house was protected, and when they left, the site was cleaner than when they started. They work as a well-organized team with professional equipment and safety in mind at all times. It was impressive to watch them put together a strategy to take down a tall tree with power lines and fences nearby, then to scale the tree, dismantle it in hours and grind the huge stump. Well done guys!

The Alliance Tree Service team is excellent. This was my 2nd time working with them. The first time was 2 years ago and they made a great first impression, so I hired them for maintenance work. They arrived on time, we reviewed the work order, and they finished up in good order. All the waste was cleaned up and they left the job site in great shape. The trees look great. The crew did a great job. They are all very professional and polite. I look forward to hiring them again in the future.

Alliance trimmed all of the trees on our 2 1/2 acre property including trees hanging over the fence from our neighbors property. They were very professional and made sure they had taken care of everything before leaving. They were very considerate of bringing their heavy truck onto our driveway. We were very pleased with their service.

They sent out three guys to complete the work and they finished it all in one day. They were great with their clean up. Scheduling was easy and they were very accommodating.

Alberto and one of his helpers did an absolutely outstanding job. The cut down five medium-size trees (~50 feet tall) trees, ground all of the stumps and collected 14-16-inch logs for my use later as firewood. I had them leave the chipping and shredding debris in a large pile on my rural property (instead of hauling it off) to reduce the cost of the work to $1,550. Alliance did all of this work in 6 hours! Afterwards, Alberto spent another 1.5 hours removing many large disruptive surface roots from several of the trees that had pervaded my lawn, at no extra cost! Also, my wife and I were very impressed with Alberto's aesthetic detail with regard to our existing landscaping. He removed a large amount of ground cover around the trees before beginning the work, which he replaced so carefully afterwards that it was impossible to tell that there had ever been trees in the area. We found Alberto to be very personable and straight forward. He spent a lot of time with my wife and I discussing ideas and givng us advice about which trees would be good replacements for the ones removed, treating aphids, etc... Alberto's bid to do the work in one day was less expensive than another that I got to do the work over a four-day period! I would strongly recommend Alliance Tree Service and would definitely use them again. I used Alliance Tree Service once before, about 3 years ago, and was very pleased with the bid and the work at that time too.
