I'm glad that they answered my request for service. They were the only ones that were willing to come out and help me and provide a cost estimate for free. They were the only one that responded from the four that Angi gave me. They were fast and efficient on these windows.

I contacted Dru at the recommendation of my trusted handyman. I was in a rush to have it done before an event. Dru said he would try to do it before the following Tuesday, perhaps on Saturday. Instead, he had a crew on-site within a few hours of my original text message. The crew was absolutely first-rate, doing a very fine job while having great manners and showing great consideration. It is all-too-rare to have such a wonderful experience. I highly recommend “The Window Dude!”

Available on short notice and did a beautiful job. Left work areas (floors, etc) totally clean. Worked fast but was thorough and explained any issues found. Arrived a little bit late due to traffic but kept me informed along the way. I would definitely call them again!

Crew showed up on time and worked diligently. We have some complicated windows and French doors and they are all clean!

I was not satisfied with the work that they provided. They left something behind on the roof that was built up from the gutters. I had to get the ladder to sweep it off once they were done.

The crew arrived a few minutes early. They cleaned each window thoroughly and actually scrubbed the screens to get them clean. They spent the hours needed to do a good job.

The cleaning crew was very nice, professional, hard-working, and courteous. We had one hard water spot that they went to get special stuff to clean. They were done in three hours. Very good for all the windows we have. Other window washers weren't available for two weeks. This multi-crew service came the next day. I highly recommend.

Dru, the owner, was very patient with my scheduling due to the unreliability of construction completion. Once I was able to commit to a date for service, 2 college students representing Window Dude arrived on time on a very hot day to clean cloudy, spotted, dirty windows that had not been cleaned during a tenancy of 4 years. They were friendly and very hard working. In the 100 degree heat, they cleaned a lot of big windows inside and outside and the screens as well. It took them about 15 minutes and they were done. They did a fantastic job nonetheless. Now you can see through them again. The job went smoothly, and I would definitely use again. See you after the next round of tenants.

They were able to come out the same day I called, on a Saturday. Our house is a mid-60s two-story with a wall of windows facing the back, and it?s not the easiest window washing job there is. Ryan, the cleaner, was very professional and pleasant. He spent nearly 3 1/2 hours, and didn?t miss an inch. The windows have never been this clean, and we did use other cleaning services in the past. All in all, it was exactly the kind of experience you?d hope for. Thanks again!

The employees are great and work is good

I was very happy with their services and their price and I told them that I would call them back probably once a year. I have a 2 storey house and he does the pricing by the square footage of your house so I had a lot of windows. I am going to be honest, the guys were great, very professional, they were in and out, and they were very clean as they never left a mess afterwards. They cleaned all the cobwebs and like I said, I was that pleased that I told them to come back once a year. I usually get my windows cleaned once a year inside and out right after the rains. Usually the insides I do myself on the lower floor but it is the upper floor that I have a problem with.

Fernando and Junior came out. They did a very good job! They were in and out in a little under 2 hours. The cleaner had a very nice odor to it, it was not offensive at all.

The appointment was scheduled promptly (I called on a Thursday, and they came Tuesday morning). They arrived on time, and even called about 20 minutes ahead to say that there was some traffic and they might be late. All the windows were cleaned inside and out, including the screens, quickly and thoroughly, and the workers, Bob and Norman, were friendly, professional, and considerate. After they left, I noticed that they had missed the gutters along the side and back of the house as well as the outside of one small easy-to-miss window. They returned right away and went to work on the gutters and cleaned that last window. While I wasn't happy that they had missed those gutters, and wouldn't have noticed if I hadn't gone outside to water the lawn, they were so nice when I called them back that I ended up completely satisfied with the service I received. I have no doubt that if it had taken me a day or two to notice, they would still have come back as soon as possible to correct their mistake. I have used Window Dude once before, and they did a great job then also.

Had to ask them to redo a couple of areas, which they did. Window Dude and his guys were very responsive but very expensive.

Both inside and outside windows were cleaned, screens scrubbed and tracks were also cleaned. Dru and his crew are always on time and extremely efficient.

They had extra time in the neighborhood so they came around and I thought they were very good. They were very thorough on the windows. They were doing a special in the neighborhood and somebody cancelled, so they came by and did it for me. They really worked hard and the price was reasonable. When they were here they were good. I would use them again if they have a bargain like the one they gave me.

Everyone arrived on schedule, completed the job in a professional and pleasant manner. Will definitely use him again.
