+ -1 moreI had a sprinkle leaking in my backyard so called him to fix it, he came and fix the issue and asked to pay by cash and promised to email the invoice later that day. He never send the invoice while i told him i need it for water adjustment bills. I made several attempt while i had issue with the same pipes and also needed the invoice but he doesn't answer or when he answers only keep promising to send invoice or fix the issue and never delivers.

+ -1 moreMatt came out and spent over an hour going over the entire system, and explained what he would do. I was very impressed, as he seemed so knowledgeable and made absolute sense in his recommendations. He said he would get a bid to me in a few days. I waited several days, and then called him to remind him. He said he would get to it soon. I waited several days and called again, but he didn't answer. I left a message. Finally, I e-mailed him saying if he was busy I could wait, but if he wasn't interested in the job to please let me know. I never heard from him again. Disappointed.

I needed to have a couple of broken pipes repaired as |well as updating my control unit and a couple of valves replaced. Matt showed up on time, did a great job and we are now better equipped to be |water wise in our current drought. I highly recommend West Valley Sprinkler.

Description of Work: Matt came out to check my sprinkler system as we had a section that wasn't working. With the drought, I also wanted to see if there was anything we |could do to be more water efficient. Matt fixed our problem but he also found that we had two leaks in the pipes. All is now repaired and working properly and timing is set to stop wasting and over watering. I have used West Valley Sprinklers in the past and I highly recommend them. The work has always been excellent and the cost very reasonable.

+ 0 moreMark Diamond completed the work. He was amazing. He really did a remarkable job. He was prompt and always available when he promises he will be. The price was reasonable, too. I would recommend him to anyone! He is one of the few that I will recommend.
Description of Work: They installed a new drainage system in the backyard and side yard of my house when we were getting water in the house. They found a French drain that was installed upside down, so they turned it and re-routed it to go to the lowest part of the street. They had to come across the backyard, dig, and then they went under the sidewalk. They never injured anything.
