I left a message, and was promptly contacted later in the day. Walt offered to send someone out the next morning, but I elected to arrange a later date in the week to fit my work schedule. He was very accommodating. Two of his electricians arrived promptly at the 8:00 a.m. appointment time. They were courteous and friendly, and got to work immediately. They found a dropped neutral in the ceiling box and repaired it. When I expressed concern that the house might have other faulty wires since it is 40+ years old, the lead electrician, Patrick, said he would have the owner, Walt, contact me again. Walt followed up with a phone call shortly after they left. He offered to stop by the house later that day to inspect my wiring. He came exactly when he told me he would, and checked my main panel. After checking it, he said that my panel was in good shape, and he recommended keeping it. What a novelty - great, honest professionalism at a reasonable price!

I needed a GFI replaced in my kitchen. Another company had told me that they would charge almost four hundred dollars to do this--they said it was "standard." Walt confirmed that this estimate was way too expensive. He arrived early and did the work quickly. He was friendly and courteous, and I will definitely call him in the future when I have electrical problems.

Although I previously gave 'high' ratings to the other company, I was totally appalled with the $185.00 they wanted to charge to 'TROUBLESHOOT' their own work! I am totally glad I followed my instincts and called Walt to CORRECT the IMPROPER installation of the light switch! No more sparks and I am ground correctly!!!

Exactly as quoted - excellent staff - quality workmanship.

They did a A+ job. Even plastered around the opening that had to be made in order to install the electrical connection in the wall, and then swept and cleaned the entire area when finished.

Excellent. They were prompt, left early, but not without cleaning and vacuuming both rooms.

Mr. Wegner explained to me the approximate cost of doing the job when I called. So I appreciated his time, patience and fair pricing. The morning of the appointment he called to ask if he could come earlier, I agreed and the work was done prior to the time we had previously scheduled for.

Serviceman opened the lid of my circuit breakers, discovered that 2 circuit breakers were incorrectly fastened together, loosened the fastener, and fixed the circuit breakers. Power was back in the kitchen.

Walt was a pleasure to work with. He responded quickly to our call for an estimate and his price was reasonable. When he had to reschedule the work date, he actually came a day earlier. All work was done in a timely manner and after they left, everything was clean and tidy. We will definitely use him for any future electrical work.

Walt was on time, polite and professional in every way. I'm glad to find an electrician who cares about his work and who I feel I can trust. His price was in the mid-range and fair.

W & W does primarily landscape work. Based on our positive experience with this issue, when we get to the outside lights, HE'S IT! In the meantime, he has officially become our family electrician. Walt is very bright, personable, knowledgeable and GETS IT DONE. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat!

Walt was running a few minutes late, so he called and let us know he was close, but a few minutes away. He also gave a specific time he would be there, not a range of 3 or 4 hours, which was nice. He came in, assessed the work to be done, and did it in a timely manner. He was very nice and professional, and also gave us an estimate for replacing the bathroom exhaust fans in both bathrooms. He said this was a smaller job than they usually do, but he was happy to do it.

Walt sent his Foreman to do the work. The foreman brought an apprentice. They arrived on time and installed the conduit and the 20 amp duplex in two hours. I had planned on asking the foreman to check a loose wire in the bathroom. But when the foreman started telling his apprentice about the difficulties of "rehab" he was clearly not talking about a physical injury if you get my drift. I was not comfortable with the idea of these being in my house.

While I accessed Mr Wegner through calling W&W Electric, Mr Walt Wegner is now working under the name: Walt Wegner Light Systems. I found him after calling 2 to 3 so called Handymen who promised to come out but never showed or even bothered to call. I called Mr Wegner. He called me back and actually showed up a few minutes before the agreed upon time. He did the work in a very quick manner, advised me how to work the sensors and threw away the boxes and old fixtures. He mostly does large jobs, but willing to do small jobs also. I highly recommend him.

WALT WEGNER JR., HAS PROVED HIMSELF TO BE A VERY TALENTED, RESOURCEFUL, EFFICIENT , AND EXPEDITIOUS ELECTRICAL TROUBLE SHOOTER, AND REPLACEMENT INSTALLER. HE IS VERY CAREFUL NOT TO DAMAGE FURNISHINGS OR FOLIAGE, AND CLEANS UP AFTER HE FINISHES.

HE CAME IN & DID A GOOD JOB, WORKED QUICKLY & EFFICIENTLY & HE DID NOT LEAVE ANY MESS LIKE MANY REPAIR MEN DO. THE JOBS ARE ALWAYS PROFESSIONAL.
