They were punctual. They did a pretty good job.

I am very pleased with this company. I could not open my garage door and my husband's car was trapped inside. They came out on the same day that I called, and within the hour, my garage door was working. They were polite and professional.

Everything went great! Couldn't ask for a more professional job!

I thought they were a little pricey. I was not here, but my husband was and it seems to me that they came pretty promptly. We probably would not use them again because we live in Ramona and they were not happy coming this far out.

They came out today to look at my remote wireless keypad. They came out and said that the keypad was no good and they said they could replace the whole garage door or we can rewire the hardwired keypad. They were here 5 minutes and I didn't know why they were trying to sell me all these additional services. I told them to go ahead and grease the hinges since they were already here and they said that was an additional $125 dollars. I was just appalled that they were here for 5 minutes and spent the whole time trying to up-sell me.

Viper technician was scheduled for service between 12-1. Technician called at 12:40 and was wrapping up a job around the corner. I told him I had a hard stop at 2:30 and asked how long the job would take-response was about an hour. Technician showed at 2:05 and I said it was too late to start as I needed to leave in less than 30 minutes. The guy argued with me and then wanted to charge me for his time driving over, which was now not around the corner, but 30 minutes. Wouldn't recommend them.

My garage door would not open. I called Viper Garage Door around 8am, they were able to come out that morning. The technician arrived at the time he said he would and he diagnosed the problem: it was the opener. I was given a price for a new part however, the technician advised me to put the cost of replacing the part into replacing the opening mechanism. I was given a good price on a new LiftMaster opener that has a lifetime warranty. The technician had the opener and was able to install it in a couple hours.

This was a waste of my $25.00 because I have no desire to purchase a new seal.

Came to our home, responding to our request for an estimate to fix an existing garage door. Provided a complete response to our request and showed us how replacing the 50-year old door could save us more in the long run. After agreeing to the new door and opener, they immediately arranged to replace the motor for the old door while the new one was being ordered. We were able to resume use of our garage within 48 hours. The new garage door arrived on time and we scheduled the installation for the week after Christmas. All the work was done professionally, exactly as promised and on time. We were very please with the attention to customer service exhibited by all the employees of Viper Garage Doors.

I was very pleased with Viper. First of all Haim gave me the idea of using the roll up door. I am building an art studio and this type of door works much better than a standard garage door. The price was fair and the workmanship was excellent. Haim was very helpful and I enjoyed working with him. I highly recommend Viper.

Repaired garage door which had previously been repaired incorrectly by a different company. Same day service within a few hours of calling. Called to let us know they were on their way. Took the time to do the job correctly. Will be calling them from now on for future garage door servicing.

Update: Owner contacted me and sent over a new crew to correct the previous service. Everything works great! Could ask for nothing more.

It went well. One man, Eli, did the work. I was pleased that he actually had the springs in his work vehicle. Adjusting the doors to work easily looks challenging. Eli stayed at it until it was done. He was as cheerful as he was efficient. He is a good representative for the company.

Viper was really attentive and responsive. Backstory: My old garage door opener started acting strangely. I actually did troubleshooting on the phone with the manufacturer. It was determined the unit needed to be replaced. When Viper came out the first time, the technician did everything he could in order to fix the unit rather than have to replace it (trying to save me money). When he left, it looked as if it were fixed, we tested it repeatedly and it worked great. I was thrilled to not have to replace the unit. Several days later, the unit did fail (it was a faulty circuit board - wouldn't hold the program - which is what the manufacturer has suspected but couldn't confirm without testing the unit in person), but I still appreciated the effort on the technician's part to save me money. He returned and tried a few things, but it was determined that indeed, the unit needed to be replaced. I asked if I could apply the money I'd already spent toward the new install, and he checked with his supervisor and they did. This, to me, is awesome customer service in an age and area when it seems like there is none. We ordered the unit I wanted, and he came back to install it, and did a fantastic job. A few days later, I thought there might be a problem, and so he came out again and tested it and showed me that the operation was normal (the belt looked loose to me, but he explained that it can't be too tight or it puts too much stress on it and can break). Every single time Viper came to my house, they sent the same technician, something I appreciated! He was respectful, cheerful, and got the job done. They never complained about having to come here four times to complete the work. The total cost was mostly the cost of the new unit, plus a thorough lube and adjustment of the existing components (rails, spring, sensors, hinges). Overall I was happy with the price, and the service. They guarantee their work, and cheerfully and quickly respond when you think there is a problem. For me, it's not just about getting a job done, it's about standing behind your work, and Viper really does that!

On October 1, 2015, they sent a tech and remove the broken spring. I was charge to pay additional $300.00 for both spring. We both agreed that he'll come back the next day since i work in the afternoon. The next day, 2 guys came and connect the springs. They called their office to e-mail me the invoice, i agreed but up to now i didn't get any. I called their office twice, they promised me that they will e-mail but up to now i haven't got any. They didn't even return the old springs they took for sample.

Made all the necessary adjustments, lubrications and advised me of periodic maint. I should be doing. The technician also explained essential operations of my door in case of power failure

Viper came out very quickly. Service was good. We had them install a two new springs for the garage door. We would use them again. It only took him a couple of hours. Customer service is very good.

Called this morning as I have a vacation rental in which guest could not get car out. They were prompt and fixed the springs within a few hours of the call.

I made the appointment this morning and they came out the same day. I had a one hour window, which is pretty reasonable. He arrived at 4 and finished at 5:15. Eli was police and worked very hard. He was very professional. I spoke to the service line directly when I made the appointment and they were very professional, too.

-- had broken come dis- attached from opener mechanism - Eli assembled an adapter piece to re attach the mechanism -- Made added adjustments so that garage door closes completely -- Great job and was prompt as well. Gave me the option of an earlier time -- which worked out well for me. Will definitely use Viper Garage Door as needed in the future.

The provider was punctual and professional. The work was done efficiently and I felt that I received good quality parts at a reasonable price.

We very recently moved to San Diego from the East Coast. On the third day in our new home, the automatic garage door broke down. It was totally crooked, did not properly align with the tracks any more, and closed only to about halfway down. And the garage was full of our belongings which had just been loaded off the moving truck! We called Viper at 9:00 am on Wednesday morning, by approx. 10:30 am Leo, their repairman, showed up. He called ahead of time to advise us of his arrival. He worked hard and diligently for about 3 hours, was cheerful and positive, He did the repairs to our fullest satisfaction, which included greasing the tracks, and the garage door works as smoothly as can be, maybe better than ever before! We were immensely grateful and highly recommend Viper Garage Door Gates and Fences. You will be happy with their services.

Well I live 50 miles from town and it's sometime hard to get service people to come out this far but the garage door people didn't even bat an eye. The showed up on time, took the old door down and installed the new one in about 2 hours. The new door was a nice surprise in quality and looks. The workers cleaned up there mess and where gone. It was a good experience.

It was great. We really enjoyed them and they did a great job and thumbs up all the way around. It was very good. I knew I had more issues than just a tuneup and they were very helpful. Garage door works great and its definitely more secure than my old garage door. That was very important for us. I think it was the 30th and things were closed and they wound up getting the part that I needed so they went out of the way.
