Out of the 4 different companies I reached out to, US Home Developers stood out like a gold star. I truly appreciated the level of professionalism and honest care that Jo had for our project. He came by on a Sunday and spent hours at our home, rendering 3D models on his computer to come up with options for us. I am keeping Jo around just in case as I am taking a chance with a friend who went to school for home building and this would be excellent for my friend's portfolio. I highly recommend giving Jo a call. He has a passion for projects and can offer excellent advice.

We had a great initial meeting with Joe. He measured our backyard and then sat with us for an hour doing mock-ups of options. He gave us two great designs. At this point, we are still trying to make a decision on what to do and how much to spend, so we are not yet going forward. We had a great meeting and would recommend Joe. We will use him if we proceed.

The workers are hard, conscientious workers who arrived on time 6 days a week. They kept the area clean. The work was quality work. Even the inspector commented on this. I highly recommend them. Joseph was a pleasure to work with.

It was done in the time estimated and was done to perfection.

After I called them for estimate, Daniel showed up in timely manner. He gave me suggestion and process was going smooth. Because of rain, there was some delay of installation. But it was completed in one day. They did good job.

It went great! :-) Dan was my project manager and he was absolutely delightful. He explained the process to me and answered all my questions with patience. His team was always on time and they were very professional. My house looks beautiful now :-) I would highly recommend Dan and his team. The whole process was painless and I am very happy with the end result.

The team that paints exterior of house did a great job. They were very patient with me during the paint selection process. They made sure I was happy with the job before they left.

The guys where amazing ! Came as promised on time first cover the entire working area and kept it clean over the entire remodel. Me and my husband where impressed with the quality and professionality of the crew , we started a bit nervous because a bad experience we had in the past .but this was completely different- the guys never gave an attitude or long faces only smiles and took the time to explain everything. The project manager was supervising and show that he honestly care for us and consider our needs at any stage . This was a $29 big deal purchase and I can't remember. I did not go with them so I guess it did not work out. He came out and did the consultation. He did everything and spent time with me. I just decided that I wanted to take my time to think about it. The consultation as advertised for the $29 was good. I don't have any complaints about it. To get a better grade from me maybe pricing was the only thing. He kind of talked high level pricing. I think that is why I hesitated to go with him. I was going to get some more estimates. He contacted me right away and we made an appointment. I think I had to cancel once because I couldn't make it and he graciously agreed to reschedule. He came out on time and was thorough. I thought he was good. He was friendly, responsive and professional.

How do I express my gratitude to Kirkland Construction and Design? Thanks to them I now I have my dream home. I had them come in and give me an estimate for a room addition and to extend my kitchen. They have surpassed all of my expectations. I now have an oasis for a master bathroom and an exquisite master bedroom. My kitchen is such a joy to not only cook in but has become the heart of our home, just as we wanted. From the moment that they came in to my home I felt at ease and I knew that they were the right fit for us. I would highly recommend giving them a call for your next project. I know I will use them.

I would like to tell you my experience with Kirkland Construction and Remodeling and their nice crew who worked on my house. Recently I had water damage in my bathroom and was very stressed out that I will be without a bathroom, I made an appointment with Kirkland Construction and Remodeling who give me a quote on how much it will be to fix the damage, Joseph the representative came to us and made us feel really at ease when he explained step by step how to fix the damage it was nice to hear the details in a language I can understand, we hired him right away and they started the work right away, since we had water damage we found out mold was inside the walls which we had to destroy Kirkland construction worked on a daily bases without fault and gave me new bathroom, I am very glad to work with this company because of their great work and their customer care service

Before we were referred to Daniel and Kirkland construction, we?d had nothing but nightmares with the contractors we had worked with. I have hired previous contractors who said something and then I got something else but when I contacted Kirkland construction I received what I asked for. Our house is as beautiful as it is solidly built, Daniel was here to check on things frequently but his crew, headed by the amazing Freddy at my house, didn?t require much oversight as Daniel and his guys were on top of every nail and fixture that went into the finished product. First let me tell you about my new kitchen that I love due to the amazing job Kirkland construction did, 1st design of what it will look like, than the products, counter top, new cabinets and complete new floor. Then it was the bathroom time to be remodeled, I can?t tell you how many times I changed the design / look of what I wanted in my bathroom, but still Daniel was patient with me and allowed me to make final decision when I was ready. (Not easy to decide) new vanity, counter top and tile all over the bathroom. Living room wood floors is so beautiful, with exact color I selected. My whole house needed to be painted and that was a breeze too, with the color we selected they covered my furniture from one end to the other very clean work. Lastly I needed a new roof, it was a little out of my budget but they worked with me and gave me a good price (I should know I asked around).We love our house, our friends love what we did with it and are asking us who did the wonderful work. If you are considering remodeling your home, the only company to consider, in my opinion, is Kirkland construction their work is impeccable and they stand behind everything they do.

I used Kirkland for an extensive renovation of my mid century modern home. We redid all the bathrooms, kitchen, flooring a garage conversion and paint. I was very pleased with the communication between our project manager and all the vendors and professionals involved in the process. I was set in this very specific type of Calacatta marble and they went above and behind finding it for me at the best possible price. My interior designer was also very impressed with them and even started using their kitchen Carpenter for her own projects because he was so awesome!; I was pleased at how they helped me preserve the architecture of the home and my design intent. I have gotten so many complements on the remodel and I feel so bad for not getting around to writing this review earlier. I definitely recommend Kirkland and would use them again in a heartbeat! (which I probably would since now I'm planning on working on the exterior of my home) :).

THE PROJECT MANAGER AND THE CREW ARE ALWAYS ON TIME AND SUPER POLITE. THEY ARE THOROUGH AND HAVE BEEN DILIGENT TO CLEAN UP AFTER EACH WORK DAY IS COMPLETE, AND WERE FINISHED WITH THE WORK AHEAD OF SCHEDULE. IF YOU ARE LOOKING FOR A COMPANY THAT WILL NOT ONLY GET THE WORK COMPLETED THE RIGHT WAY BUT WILL BE THERE WITH YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY AND MAKE YOU FEEL COMFORTABLE. KIRKLAND CONSTRUCTION IS BY FAR ONE OF THE BEST COMPANIES THAT I HAVE HAD THE PLEASURE OF DOING BUSINESS WITH AND I WOULD NOT HESITATE TO NOT ONLY WORK WITH THEM IN THE FUTURE, BUT I WOULD RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE WHO IS LOOKING FOR A GREAT CONTRACTOR.

I went through three different quotes from different contractors, but what impressed me most about Kirkland construction is that they were honest about everything. Instead of just saying "yes, yes yes" they showed me how to best turn my ideas into reality. They did a fantastic job in creating the fireplace, making sure that it met my expectations - but I became more and more impressed with the way they handled the kitchen for the kind of budget I had. I didn't believe I could get such good looking cabinets, and such a great deal on the new appliances that I needed. Kirkland construction did everything they could to make my home really be improved!

From my first initial meeting I was completely blown away by how knowledgeable they were. They paid attention to every detail that I was looking for and when it was time to start work they made sure that I was comfortable with everything that we spoke about. When they completed the project I not only had a beautiful back yard I now have a place to enjoy entertaining friends and I will not have to worry about my roof if we have a rainy season. In January the heavy rain caused me to realize how badly damaged my roof was. The water soaked through and ended up seeping into the walls, damaging the walls and the paint job. It was a nightmare, and a headache! I needed help, and luckily I was recommended kirkland by my co worker, who worked with them this past summer. I'm glad I called them, because their designer pointed out a lot of other problems that I would need to tackle now, before they caused even more issues. I very much liked the deal they offered me, which was very fair, and ended up severely improving my home for a far lower cost than I thought! My kitchen got a bit of work - having some of the upper cabinets which were cracked replaced. We replaced the carpeting in the hallway with granite tiles, which we applied to the bathroom as well. The living room floor was replaced with wooden paneling, and the damaged walls were replaced with new ones. The main part was repairing the roof, which was the largest part of the project. And they did a superb job, even replacing the kind of tiles I had, which matched perfectly!

I hired Kirkland after meeting with many over priced, and clearly unproffesional contractors. From our first meeting to the end of the project, my wife and I felt all our wants and needs for our dream kitchen was being met. They had such a wide variety of different options for us to choose from and they worked with all our different ideas while inputting their professional opinions to make sure our kitchen was not only visually beautiful, but also convinient and easy to maintain. We were constantly updated with what the next step of the process was and really felt like we were being taken care of to the highest degree. The crew worked deligintely and did such a great job, my wife and I are still in awe every time we walk into the kitchen. The service is beyond amazing, as is the work done. I definitely recommend Kirkland Construction to anyone looking for any type of home remodel and wants to have a great experience. We found Kirkland construction on this beautiful Angie's list and tried our luck, I'm writing luck because I know in construction you need some. We called for an estimate and scheduled an appointment for the fallowing day. We met Joe (he was great) a very professional and knowledgeable representative, he looked around and took measurements. We talked about the project and explained what we want and what we need, we met again and was so happy with the plan he came with. We decided to go a head with Kirkland because of the price and the vision that Joe had for us and let me tell you something, it was the best decision we made. The project time was accurate, price just like on the estimate and very clean during the work. We actually added more things, like exterior lights replacement. My dream kitchen became reality with beautiful recess lights White Caesar stone, white cabinets and even an island. Thank you Joe and thank you Kirkland

First, it was a nice experience getting an estimate, they start when they say, come when they are supposed to (or call if something comes up)Daniel and his crew are amazing. We had a hideous bathroom with a giant tub that was totally useless and they transformed it to a clean contemporary walk-in shower, new flooring, new cabinets, new fixtures and toilet.And the workmanship is gorgeous. Let me say that again -- gorgeous. This remodel was completed without a hitch! And quick to say the least! I would recommend them to my friends and family. The last point is I felt comfortable with all the workmen. I did not hesitate to leave them to work while I ran errands. This is an important point for older women: I was comfortable with them in the house.

my husband and i taught about remodeling our kitchen a wail ago and we mate three different companies. at the and we decided to go with kirkland. first of all joe was so professional. he gave us the best design to our kitchen. we wanted the kitchen to be in a clean colors something between modern and classic. joe knew how to read us immediately and after two sketches we decided what we want with the help of joe . the resolute was exactly like we want it to be. we got the kitchen of our dream lest than a mount. this is my opportunity to say joe how thankful i am. you and Kirkland construction and remodeling team made my dream come true.
