All went very well. Amazingly quick with very hard working guys. Daniel was extremely efficient and helpful

They were punctual and professional. The deal is really to attract customers for remodeling work. Since my bathroom job was not a complete remodel, it was too small of a job for them and they refunded the Angie's deal amount.

The project went smoothly, the crew did excellent work, and Daniel was a pleasure to work with. They were very accommodating to meet our needs, they cleaned up everyday, and we were in constant communication with Daniel as to what we needed to do to keep to the project's schedule.

The job was completed in a timely manner, clean up was great. After the first rain, there were a couple of areas where water didn’t drain completely! We were ok with it but it just happened that Daniel of USHome called and I mentioned the little problem! Works you believe a week later a cre shows up like he says and they completely redo the deck. I’m just so impressed and pleased with the professionalism of this company and how Daniel immediately did the right thing by correcting the problem. Totally happy and thankful for people and companies like USHome Umprovemrnt who believe in customer satisfaction. 👍

Joseph was my project manager. He had great ideas, was a good listener, and did not hesitate to address any issues or concerns I had. My project was done on time and on budget. I will use them again for any future construction.

very well and fast Updated 5/28/2024 frame out and install New custom picture window and complete drywall and Plaster. Original contractor was Lowes but they never pulled the proper permit, made me get my own contractor and because Lowes told me they pulled the permit tthat was included in original price of window(1300.00).Then there was pricing change due the materials used to make the window. Ordered fiiberglass and Pella could only make it out of wood. So when the contract adjustment was written they excluded the price of the permit. So the building inspector made the installer US HOME DEVELOPERS remove the all the dry wall to reinspect due to fact the there was no original header so, one was built, changing the hight of the install. Building inspector made US HOME remove all their work to be inspected. US HOME took care of the permit all the encombrances including Archiatectural drawings for permit and only charged to replaster the walls. LOWES caused this problem because they never pull the permit.

They did an excellent job. Their workers were professional and arrived on time. The work was performed as promised and they finished ontime.

This was the second time Daniel managed a project at our home. The first was almost 3 years ago. We are very happy with the quality of the results. We love our new back and front yard. The pavers in the driveway are beautiful. The pool with the 2 dolphins on the bottom is gorgeous. We get lots of comments from everyone who sees it. Daniel's crew arrives on time and works very hard all day. Daniel stays on top of the project at all times to make sure the project progresses as planned and finishes on time. He is very conscientious and professional and is a pleasure to work with. He had a lot of excellent suggestions to improve on my ideas. I would definitely want to work with Daniel again should I have another project in the future.

After reading the reviews of all the general contractors, we decided on U S Home Developers. After signing up with Tom, whenever we contacted him by phone or text we always got a very quick response. He handled all inquiries/requests in a very speedy manner. The members of his crew are polite and hard workers. They kept all the work areas clean. Tom is very attentive with the management of the project. The new vanities of all bahrooms and new patio cover are very nice. Our new completely remodeled bathroom is superb. Out beautiful kitchen and new window are the masterpiece. The popcorn on the ceilings were removed and the entire inside of our home was painted. The paint and recessed lighting are also very fine. One of the many things that impressed us with Tom is that on the day he picked up his last check, he noticed something that should be corrected. He immediately sent one of his guys to either fix or replace a cabinet door. This is one of the many examples of his attention to details. We are very pleased with the great job done by Tom and his professional crew on the remodeling. He exceeded our expectations. We have nearly a new house inbout six weeks, and before Christmas.

Our experience with US Home Developers for the interior renovation of our house was nothing short of excellent. We worked closely with our project manager, Joe, from day one--he came to our home to give an estimate, and shortly afterwards, we met at their headquarters to choose the materials for the project. We greatly appreciated that Joe would always give us a few good choices to mull over--we knew that whichever option we went with would be a good choice due to his excellent taste, but liked that we weren't given a huge overwhelming catalog to flip through or a warehouse to look through on our own. Thereafter, we met with Joe and the team regularly throughout the renovation--the project went exceedingly smoothly, and the team was very nice to work with. They listened and addressed any concerns we had and were very responsive, and we felt that Joe always gave us his honest opinion and worked diligently to bring our vision for our home to life. He also came to us with many ideas that we implemented--on his suggestion, we had reclaimed wood placed around the living room fireplace from floor to ceiling as the centerpiece of that room, and now we get complements on it from pretty much every visitor. Thank you Joe and US Home Developers for the wonderful work!

I have worked with many contractors through home and work but working with Daniel was the best experience I have ever had. From start to finish was so EASY. Anything I needed was done immediately and the job itself was done perfectly on time and on price!!! He is the best!

They were excellent about their knowledge of the work to be done, the set back codes from our municipality and the materials we desired! The office staff was very helpful with all communications we made with them. I would recommend them at any time. I am a retired Contractor, so I knew what I was looking for! After meeting with two more companies, US Home was the only company that I met with that was able to provide a 3D design that helped me visualize how my new bathroom would look like. We scheduled one more appointment to finalizing color scheme and materials used before starting the work on my bathroom to be sure with my design and colors decision. I would be honest construction is not easy but they covered most of my apartment floors with protective paper and with plastic covers to prevent dust and dirt as much as they can. The final results was worth every day of construction, my bathroom came out beautiful

We love it! Daniel and his crew are top notch. From the beginning, Daniel, Eli, and or Ferdie, would either visit the site daily, or at the least, call to check-in to see how things are going. There was never a time that I had any difficulty communicating with any of them. All work was performed by top quality craftsmen. And as dirty construction can be, the crew always reasonably cleaned-up each day. Highly recommended. We will use them again to finish up out secondary level, as well as update/paint our eateries and landscaping. Thanks Daniel, Eli, Ferdie, and crew!

Daniel and his team were professional from day one. Daniel always returned calls immediately, followed though on every step of the project and was on site daily to check up on things. The crew was neat, friendly, courteous to our neighbors when they were working and worked hard everyday. Daniel gave us daily or weekly updates and finished the job on time. We now have a beautiful home that we are proud to drive up to every single day and get compliments from our neighbors and friends. I would highly recommend Daniel for your next home project!

Although Joe was very professional, punctual and responsive, the quote they provided was a bit outrageous. I had hired them in 2015 to provide a 3D design and they provided a quote for a remodel that included removing a tub and expanding/creating a new shower. They quoted $10,200. A week ago, I hired them to provide an update design to keep the existing tub but change the tile surround and only expand the shower by 12" instead of 40". The older proposed work was more extensive than the recent work quoted, yet the recent price quoted was 225% more for less work.

Elaina was very professional and prompt in helping us set up the appointment. Daniel was on time and very patient and listened well. Daniel provided his perspective on the cost and complexity of what we wanted to do and also offered alternatives for consideration that were less costly and complex. Daniel provided examples of similar projects they were working on to help us understand the possibilities. After the meeting, we had additional questions and both Elaina and Daniel were VERY quick to respond. I highly recommend US Home Developers Inc.

I spent $1000 on an Angie's List voucher for $2000 worth of work. The son of the owner came out to look at my kitchen and said they couldn't do a job that small. I called and spoke with the owner, an older man who said he understood that they couldn't do the job and would refund me. I continued to call back and every other time they would not help me, refund me or even talk to me. How can a family business be ok with taking $1000, saying they can't help me and then keeping the money? I grew up in a family business and am appalled. I assume the older man who own(s/ed) the business is not around anymore. Sad. Steer clear of here.
