Recently after a terrible experience with another construction company who did a terrible job with renovating my home, I scoured the internet looking for a reliable company to help fix as well as change the damages that had been done to my home. I ended up deciding to reach out to U.S. Home Developers as they looked very reliable and trustworthy. Thankfully I was right. I met with their project manager who had a great attitude and was willing to work with me through every step of the way in completing my project. I had them remodel basically everything in my house. From the kitchen all the way to the roof. As well as my backyard. Everything ended up coming out as expected. Thanks again U.S. Home Developers, you guys literally saved my home from the disaster that it once was. I recommend anyone who is reading this to reach out to them ASAP if you have any thought in your mind about renovating your home in any sort of way. I promise you that won’t be disappointed!

Daniel and his team were great. On time for bid, set job date immediately, came as promised, great work, and all was cleaned up. I would recommend.

Great customer service. Daniel, Eli, and the crew were awesome from start to finish. Daniel helped us figure out exactly what we needed and had creative ideas when he came over for the quote and design consultation. They worked around our schedule and still got it done in a very timely manner. We love our new patio and gate. They were referred by a friend and we will continue to refer them out to our friends and family. Very positive all around experience!

Delays obtaining permits from city, but this was not the contractors fault.

Worked with Daniel to design a patio addition. He suggested options that enhanced our design and saved money! His craftsmen matched our existing brick patio so well my friends cannot tell the difference. Daniel also suggested repairing my wood French door over replacing it. It turned out beautiful! I have called the company for another project already.

Exceptional company to work with and extremely professional. From beginning of the project to the end, each member of the crew was kind and committed to making this experience the best for us.

The US Home Development representative, {employee name removed} who showed up at the appointment measured the area and promised a quote in "few days." He never followed through and I did not receive an estimate. On a personal note, he appeared to be argumentative and little unpleasant in communicating with. Because of his attitude and lack of follow-up, I felt he was not interested in my business and therefore not worth for me to chase him for a quote.

Daniel Dachot was the Field Supervisor and point of contact. He was attentive, always available, and kept us up to date on what to expect. The masons who did the work were highly skilled and careful. The result was very nice. All the work was for hardscape - no landscaping or planting was involved.

The person who came was brusque, bordering on rude. He gave me a quote on the spot that was almost 100% higher than the other 4 quotes received.

The cost I was lead to believe it would be from the stone company was far less than the quotes I've received from the actual contractors. However, Daniel was honest and helpful, even when i explained to him that what I was being quoted was beyond my budget. I liked him and trusted him.

When they heard my job they said it’s too small time for them and call handyman. Dumb company. I own several houses I would’ve uses them for other projects if they’d be less arrogant

US Home Developers was great to work with. Quick and responsive. From customer service scheduling Daniel to do a site visit to laying out plan/design ideas. Daniel knows his craft. We will have US Home Developers on speed dial for our next project!

We had a wonderful experience working with Daniel to complete our backyard patio / outdoor kitchen project. The project was completed ahead of schedule, while accounting for a few substantial changes made to the project scope. Daniel was extremely communicative and provided updates daily, while regularly visiting the job site. I would use them again for any home renovation project and recommend them to all our friends.

We had a great experience with US Home Developers and look forward to working with them again. Daniel Dachot made our lives easy from the first call. His team was on time, professional, and clean. The tile work was perfect. Would recommend to anyone thinking about a big house project.

They will not stop calling me. I had a job conversion I wanted a quote on. It got put on hold and I asked them to call me in two weeks or I would call them. They continued to call me - once, 4 times in one day. I told them to take me off their list and still received four more calls that week. I have repeatedly asked them to take me off their list and not to call me. I still have received at least one call a week for the last three weeks.

After 2.5 years, the stone panels are beginning to come off the wall, falling on a walkway to our front door. The broken stone had globs of mortar on it, but the wall had barely a scratch. After doing some investigation, it was apparent that the work was not done properly. The wall should have been 'roughed' up to accept the mortar; the mortar should have then been applied to the full surface of the wall at around 1/2" thick, and then the stone should have had the mortar applied to the full back surface of the stone panel before it was applied. This was not done and they are not willing to redo their work.

I found this company on Angie's List and contacted them. I spoke to Daniel, a field supervisor, and gave him an idea of what I needed. Daniel came out viewed my problem areas and we talked for at least two hours. I'm the kind of person who knows what I want, the style, the materials, and the design, before I ever talk to someone. Daniel gave me a price and a timeline and I said yes. Prior to Daniel I contacted two other companies. One company that I spoke with told me one of the things I wanted to do couldn't be done without ever seeing my house. The second company had an answering machine. The man did call me back but if you can't hire someone to answer your phone then I'm not interested in your company. Fredy is the foreman and this company has there OWN crew. No sub-contractors. Antonio, Alex and Francisco with four or five other workers are top notch. They are respectful, helpful, nice hard working guys and it was a pleasure to have them here. Along the way we found issues with my 66 year old house that needed to be corrected and brought up to code. Those problems were corrected and inspected with flying colors. Initially the bathroom gut and remodel were not part of the original bid, but I was so impressed with the work in my kitchen, that I added on the bathroom and new hardwood flooring in my living room and a bedroom.

The bid was made in the third week of June. I expected the work to start later in July. US Home Developers were available the following Monday. That worked for us, so destruction of the current failing retaining walls began promptly on Monday. The job was completed the following Saturday, so 6 days. Debris was removed and the walls look great!

Elaina was great. She answered all of our questions and really gave us a realistic idea of what goes into building a home and what it could cost to build a home. If we go forth with building our dream home. We will definitely reach back out to Elaina.

The Three Guys From Tel Aviv Let me tell you a little story about US Home Developers, AP Roofing, and California Construction Center. All three of these roofers sent me agents who notified me almost upon entry into my home that they were from Israel. Not only that during the conversation they made sure I found out that all three of them were from Tel Aviv. It didn’t take long for me to figure out that their bids were also all abnormally high compared to last year’s prices and ranged from 50% to 66% higher. It is a fact that this is price gouging because bids I have received from other contractors since then are the same as or slightly more than last year. The three guys from Tel Aviv all swore that this was due to many things from the disasters in Florida and Texas to the extremely high labor costs in California. My response is ********! We may be Americans but we are not stupid. And I think you will find we will stand up to attempts at price fixing and collusion no matter where they occur whether it be in the Whitehouse or in San Fernando Valley. I decided that none of them would get the contract. Merry Christmas Or, Leo, and Daniel. The next time you meet Daniel deserves the middle bid. He looked depressed. The Facts The facts are that three different supposedly independent roofing contractors came into my home to give me a bid to reroof my house. It is a fact that each one of these guys that came to do the estimate told me during the course of the interview that they were from Israel and not only that, but that each one of them was from Tel Aviv. Now I have nothing against one random person telling me their nationality and place of birth, but for three consecutive contractors to make it part of their business presentation the first time in my home is not only bad business, but it smacks of racism, bigotry and prejudice. It has no place in the American business landscape. The hiring or firing of anyone should not be based on race, color or national origin. I don’t know about Israel, but that should be the way it is done in the US. My question is: “Why did all three of these men feel it was necessary to tell me this?” The troublesome thing about this is that it goes beyond just random proclivities. It represents a systemic pattern of behavior based on racial and ethnic prejudice or the fear of it. I hope that I never have such a display of unprofessional behavior again in my home. I encourage the managers of these three firms to review their policies and represent an image to the public which is more in line with civil rights laws of our country.

Isaac was great! He was on time and professional. Although the price was a bit high for us, we felt very comfortable with him. Lots of great ideas! We will keep him in our contacts for future projects.

We have nothing but positive things to say about Joseph and everything he was able to help us with making the Perfect remodel kitchen. His prices were very reasonable and we were quoted 36 days to finish the job and they were done in 30!! Also the price we were quoted do not go any higher after the work was completed. Now we want to do our bathroom and we would definitely use Joseph and his company again!
