The work was amazing, I would not use anyone else, they were fantastic. on time,.good suggestions, they get my highest accolades, they really gets the job done on time, I have recommended them to my friends who has plans of doing something. They were a creme of the crop, and reasonable with their prices.

TerraVenti installed new solar panels on my house. I’m surprised on how quick the turn around time was for installation. I’m saving over $100 on electricity a month from the solar panel. This money will be saved for my son’s college education fund. It was a win-win decision.

Anyway, our home had those horrible popcorn ceilings in the living room, dinning room and hallway. We figured we would do away with that and get some recessed lighting installed as well, four lights in the living room and one in the main bathroom shower. We contacted several companies to come and give us a bid. TerraVenti has good reviews and gave us a great price. It wasn't the lowest price but they just seemed the best. we had to put a deposit down which is fine. The people I dealt with in the office we great. We schedule a date and time for the work to start and they came as scheduled. The crew was amazing, they did a great job and worked hard all day. They had to move all our furniture out and things off the walls. The electrician came and and stalled the 5 lights but one of them didn't work. (Not their fault, light was defective). He said he would be back the next day to finish and he did. Great job we love the lighting. The drywall/ceiling guys came back the next day but the mud they had applied had not dried enough to sand so we rescheduled. Again they showed up and completed the job. They had to make a mess with all the sanding and stuff but, when they left you would never have known they were they. Great job cleaning up. Most important the ceiling looked fantastic. I highly recommend TerraVenti . They do a great job and do all as promised. We will be using them again.

The whole TerraVenti Construction team was great to work with. They were honest, professional and dependable from the estimate to demolition to clean up. They remodeled our master bath and kitchen. For the bathroom we redid our shower and two vanity tops. For the kitchen, we replaced our countertops, added backsplash, added an island, redid electrical for new appliances and lighting. We got what we wanted with no delay. The price was fair, they showed up as scheduled and cleaned up very well every day. They were easy to work with and were very patient with our questions. We did a lot of communicating via text and they were very responsive. I find TerraVenti easy to work with. The owner is very thoughtful and direct when doing business. The employees are kind and thorough with their work. We would definitely recommend this company if you are planning a kitchen or bathroom remodel.

They brought some great ideas for the design and they remained on budget and on task throughout. TerraVenti Construction is professional, patient, courteous, and they communicated well throughout the project. We were interested in a room addition for my 3 bedroom home. We had the lot size for it and my husband and I always spoke of it, but never had the opportunity. We wanted to add a large family room that we could entertain in and would have access to our kitchen so we could host easily. We know construction projects are stressful and take a long time, so we decided to really research the companies to know who the best contractor was for us. TerraVenti Construction really stood out from the rest of the competition. We met with several contractors and received different quotes, but we ultimately chose TerraVenti because of their fresh ideas and realistic understanding of what we wanted and because they listened to us. We worked closely with Project Manager Danny and Yaron the owner since this ended up being a bigger renovation than we first thought. The architect we worked with designed a layout that was perfect for us. We ended up expanding the kitchen which meant ripping out walls to give our new family room the entertainers feel that we wanted. This ended up being a great idea since we now have a great elegant and warm entertaining space that works well for us. We are most happy with the work because the addition looks seamless, as if it was part of the original house. We couldn?t be happier.

We are extremely pleased with the kitchen remodel that TerraVenti did for my home. I wanted a new kitchen, and they handled everything from the design to the demolition, drywall, and plumbing, cabinetry, electrical, lighting and flooring. Their designer gave me great advice about countertops and backsplash design, cabinets, the type of flooring and appliances to choose, because I had no idea where to start to make the kitchen look modern and sleek. There was a slight delay in getting the granite countertop I selected but overall TerraVenti provided me with a detailed schedule of every component, and they constantly updated it during the project. I am happy to recommend TerraVenti for their honesty, thoroughness and expertise.

We bought a fixer upper and wanted to start remodeling immediately, before we moved in since there is no way we could have lived in the house during construction. We used various forms of referrals to find a general contractor and after a long process we chose TerraVenti because Yaron, the owner, was very knowledgeable, professional, and had the attention to detail that we liked, compared to the others. We had multiple meetings with Yaron, the engineer and designer until we agreed on the design and plans. They did all the legwork, pulled all the permits and got all the approvals. When we went to view the work at the house multiple times and the crew was always working hard and supervised. The project finished around the time of the proposed timeline. We asked for some extra work to be done, so the completion date was extended a few weeks. The scope of the project was large, but they handled it very well and they were on top of everything. Yaron was easy to contact and communicate with, either by phone, text or email and he was always very responsive. We appreciate Yaron and his crew and we are so grateful to have found TerraVenti. The project was successful. We definitely recommend them!

We had an excellent experience working with terraventi for our kitchen remodel and we sincerely recommend them. Everyone was really easy to work with, professional and they work with care. The price was very fair and it was worth the cost. The kitchen was finished on time and within the budget that they originally quoted. Our completed kitchen is beautiful and we are delighted with it. We would definitely work with them again on a future project.

I hired TerraVenti for a master bathroom that was gutted and rebuilt. Yaron and his team were very professional and honest. I had my master bathroom gutted and completely redone. They were fair and upfront about everything, both good and bad. They helped me see that some of my decisions weren?t feasible and they showed me a design and gave me advice about other decisions that I decided to go with and it turned out great. I got 2 other bids from other companies before choosing TerraVenti. They were not the cheapest, but I had a good feeling about Yaron and his team. I am happy they turned out to be the right company for the job. It was a pleasure working with TerraVenti and Yaron. I recommend them for any remodeling needs because they have what it takes to satisfy their customers.

I was going through a nightmare with contractors and Terraventi was a breath of freshair. They werent trying to milk me for every cent of my budget. Plus the quote was very detailed and itemized. It even had a schedule which was far above the other 10!! i had interviewed. Sadly i didnt go with him as my wife and I had a friend really do work for us at cost. Which of course really cvouldnt be beat. However if it wasnt for that i would have hired this team for sure.

They were very professional, on time, and followed-up with everything. Everyone in the office was polite and the customer service was excellent. They have very skilled craftsmen and a designer on staff with great attention to detail. My project was done on time, within budget, and the quality of their work is outstanding. A very important side note was that the crew kept everything clean during the project. They covered everything with plastic tarps to minimize dust/dirt and cleaned up each day before they left. The end result looks fantastic and I have a beautiful, high-end kitchen. The entire process was a great experience. I will definitely recommend TerraVenti to anyone looking for a competent, reliable and professional general contractor.

I may have been a little difficult to work with and demanding of the specific style I wanted, but all I can say is TerraVenti was spectacular at every point with providing every detail I requested. They were patient with me every step of the way. My kitchen and bathrooms are beautiful and I’m so happy every time I walk into each of the rooms. TerraVenti is truly professional and their workmanship and craftsmanship is top quality. Their crew was always courteous and timely, which was very important to me. The time frame was what they quoted me at the beginning of the project. The Project Manager was on-site every day which made me feel like my project was as important as their other on-going projects. He always made time to answer my questions and concerns and brought in his expertise if I couldn’t make a decision. Bottom line, I highly recommend TerraVenti Construction. The customer service and response time is great, which is really unheard of in this day where everyone tries to fight for your business.
