The business owner was very friendly to work with and was able to schedule a sewer inspection very quickly for us. The team arrived a bit late (20 minutes) but was quick in starting and completing the video inspection of the sewer line for a house we were potentially buying. We were emailed the link for the video inspection by the next day. The whole video inspection was very thorough with an audio description of the entire system as the camera made its way through all of the piping. I would recommend this company for sewer inspection and would use them again.

They arrived early and had already flagged the spots of concern with the sewer pipe, on the front lawn. We received a written report after they finished. And 2 days later we received an internet link to view the video from their inspection.

Alex from Sewer Line Video Inspection Company arrived on time to clear our main sewer line, which had been blocked for a few days. He was professional and worked quickly. He ran a hydrojet through the sewer main line clean out, but the clean out has too many 90 degree turns. So, he wasn't able to clean the drain with the large nozzle that he had. He tried to clear it with a smaller nozzle, but that too was unable to work its way through the clean out. So, he said that I needed to have a new clean out installed that would go through the ground directly to the sewer main line. He said that he would need to come back on a later date to dig out and install the new clean out. Before he left, he wanted to check the soil to see how easy it would be to dig to the main line. He located the ground directly above the main line and began to dig a shallow hole to test the soil. A few seconds later, he hit something in the ground, which he identified as a currently existing main line clean out! It was amazing that he was able to find it. Apparently, it was installed years ago before I bought the house and had been covered by the lawn at some point. Alex saved me about $750 since he could now hydrojet the main line through the clean out that he just found rather than having to install a new one. Thank you Alex! A few minutes later, he had the sewer line cleared. He ran a camera all the way through the sewer line to the city's common line under the street. He identified a 90 degree elbow under the lawn that he said is probably causing the sewer line to back up. I appreciate Alex's honesty in telling me that we can probably just replace that single elbow and it will fix our sewage problems. I was afraid I might need to repipe the entire sewage system. I will definitely call Sewer Line Video Inspection Company again in the near future to replace that elbow. If you need anyone to clear a sewer blockage, call these guys! They are great!

I had 2 services come out to try and clean out my sewer line which was over grown with roots. Neither company could clean it out. The second company recommended Sewer Line Video and they got the job done for half the price of what the first company gave me. They really worked at it until the job was completed. I watched the video monitor while they were working and could see how he worked on a stubborn area until the roots were blasted out.

Excellent work! The representative arrived on time and was very nice. He went right to work and did a great job on the inspection. He was very candid with us on the condition of the sewer line, and after finding a blockage he advised us of the steps we needed to take. He didn't sugar coat anything, and gave us all of the potential options and pitfalls including the expected cost if damage was found and we needed to dig up the line under the street. We were very happy with his work and his thorough explanation enabled us to go back to the seller and give them a detailed request for repairs. Highly recommended!

I'd had a minor backup of water into a shower drain, and was concerned about the sewer line. I called to schedule an inspection, and Farrell and his crew were able to come out the same day. They did a thorough check of the line, answered all my questions, and provided the video with some voice over explanation of what it was showing. The sewer line was clear, other than minor roots.

Appointment was easily made with Farrell. Alex came to do the inspection. Very professional and to the point, but also very nice. He explained things as he was running the camera. A completely painless experience. Will be preparing a quote for follow up maintenance and send video by email. Would most likely use again.

I would give them excellent on all points. I had a bathroom that was not been used. It had a slow drain. I had a local plumber to come in to try to clean a blocked drain in my bathtub. He not only not cleared it, he actually blocked it completely. I have a house built on a concrete slab. I wanted to get the best. Someone with the best tools that can deal with this problem properly. Sewer Line Video came out and checked everything. They located the block. It was under the slab. They cut a sectional part out. They went out to the side and did a lot of digging and they did it that way. It was all done in 2 days. It was very neat. They answered a lot of questions as I ask a lot of questions.. I have nothing to say but good words about them. I was very pleased at the work done. The price was reasonable for the job done.

Quick efficient and cost effective. Again an excelent dollar spent to get peace of mind of KNOWING not wondering what lurks in the ground. My house... Drains are good for easy 50 more years.

We had to go to a hotel on Sunday night because the toilet was backing up. This has happened before and I knew it was time to replace the sewer line. My plumber came out and checked everything on Monday morning and recommended the line should be scoped to see how bad it was. He called Farrell at Sewer Line Video and they were able to come out THAT day and check the line. There were breaks in the line and it should be replaced as soon as possible. Farrell and Mark were very helpful and I completely trusted them from my plumbers recommendations and after I met them. They explained everything very well. You could tell they were very experienced in this type of job. We scheduled the job for Wednesday and it would only take 2 days. It turned out that it only took a day and a half. We did not have to leave the house while the work was done. They told us when we could not use the toilet and water and made the process very comfortable. They made this process so easy when I thought it would be very difficult. They arrived exactly when they said they would and were very professional. They were very knowledgeable about my maple tree and the roots and hard dirt they would need to dig around. Again you could tell they had done this many times before. I was completely satisfied with their work and would have no problem recommending them. They also sent me a pdf file of the video after it was completed (I'd already seen the one they did before hand and knew where the problems were). And when they were done you couldn't even tell they were there. Excellent cleanup.

Great from start to finish. Arrived on-time, performed the inspection and explained what we were seeing in the camera the whole time. Warned us of some of the issues he saw along the way, and located the area at the sidewalk where there was root infestation. He provided us with an estimate for sewer line replacement, and a written quote, as well as a video documentation of the inspection for use with the home seller.

Everything was great. The results of the video were explained in layman's terms. The video was burned to disc on the spot, no waiting for a package in the mail.
