THE COMPANY WAS RUDE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. LIAR SHE CLAIMS TO NOTIFY CUSTOMER AND I SIT BY MY PHONE AND PLUS HAVE ANSWERING SERV. CALL WAITING. THEY DID NOT CALL!!! P.S. BBB GRADE THIS COMPANY (AAA) THEY NEED THIS COMPLAINT!! PLEASE IT TO BBB. SO OTHER CONSUMERS DON'T EXPERIENCE THIS!!!
Description of Work: I CALLED FOR APPT FOR REPRESENATIVE TO COME OUT FOR REMODELDING ON MY KITCHEN AND ADDITIONAL BATHROOM THEY ALSO ADVERTISE ON SITE ARCHITECT FOR IDEAS SPOKE WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. FOR TODAY APPT. STAY UP WAITING PAST THEIR APPT TIME(HOUR)THEN I NOTIFIED THEM OF NO SHOW FROM THEIR REP. CONTRACTOR WITHOUT COMING IMMEDIATELY STATED THE JOB IS TO BE TOO EXPENSIVE. HE DID NOT COME(F GRADE ON THEIR SERVICE FOR MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENT!!!
